10 Nights 11 Days Home Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi – Shimla
Delhi – Shimla Visit Mall area Arrive at Chandigarh and proceed to Shimla (120 kms - 3 hours). Enroute visit Pinjore Gardens, time permitting. Afternoon / Evening visit to the Mall area. Sightseeing around Mall area comprise Christ Church, Vice Regal Lodge and Indian Institute of Advanced studies.
Day 2: shimla kufri local
This morning, you will visit Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500 meters which is just an hour drive from Shimla. Later in the afternoon, visit Vice Regal Lodge and walk down the Mall Road. Some of the attractions of the mall road include Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Town Hall and shopping. In the evening, return back to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 3: shimla to manali
Shimla – Manali (257 kms/7 hrs) After breakfast, depart to Manali- a picture perfect hill station at an altitude of 1929 meters. Drive past Kullu Valley and Pandoh Dam. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: manali local sight seen
Manali After breakfast, take a half-day local sightseeing of Manali, visiting the 450 years old Hadimba temple, Manu Temple, Club House. Visit the Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft center as well as the picturesque village of Vashisht known for its hot sulphur springs. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Manali to Rohtang pass
Manali Today morning, take a half-day excursion to Rohtang Pass/Rohtang snow point (closed on Tuesday). On return, visit Solang Valley. Today, you can opt for adventure sports like Para Gliding, Zorbing or Skiing (subject to snow) on direct-payment basis. Stay overnight at the hotel. Note: Both Snow Point /Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley will be covered on the same day and the visit is subject to weather conditions.
Day 6: manali to dharamshala
Manali to Dharamshala (235 kms / 8 hrs) After a delicious breakfast, proceed to Dharamshala, where His Holiness Dalai Lama lives in exile. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
