Day 1: Kochi Airport to Munnar
You are greeted on arrival at Cochin international Airport/Railway Station and proceeds to Munnar This small town in the Western Ghats which is famous for its picture book towns, mist clad hills, sprawling tea gardens, sanctuaries and above all the climate is one of the most sought after tourist destination in India today. On the way avail sightseeing attractions like Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara waterfalls, Spice garden etc.… Upon arrival check into the resort. Leisure at resort. Later proceed for Munnar Sightseeing visiting Pothenmedu view point, Eravikulam National Park . Overnight at Munnar.
Day 2: Munnar Sight Seeing
Morning after breakfast full day sightseeing. Visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, [Boating can be done at Mattupetty and Kundala dam on Extra cost] Proceeding to Munnar town to visit Munnar Market. Activities in Evening – Cost not included [watch martial Arts like Kalaripayattu & Kathakali] Back to Hotel . Overnight at Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady
Morning after breakfast checks out from the hotel and proceeds to Thekkady. On the way visit Tea & Cardamom Plantations and other attractions. Upon arrival check in to the Hotel / Resort. Proceed for the sightseeing tour of – one of the world’s fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 SQ KM of which 360 SQ KM is thick and evergreen forest. Optional activities like boating in Periyar Lake, [Entry tickets can be purchased online using the following link https://www.periyarfoundation.online/ Timings: 7.30 AM, 9.30 AM, 11.15 AM, 01.45 PM & 3.30 PM], Elephant Riding or Jeep Safari, Body Massages etc can be don at an extra cost. After that back to the hotel. Overnight at Thekkady.
Day 4: Thekkady to Kumarakom House Boat(Single bed room A/c Deluxe individual House Boat with all meals (Lunch-Tea-Dinner-Breakfast)
Morning after breakfast checks out from the hotel and proceeds to Alappuzha house boat. Upon arrival check in to single bed room Individual /ac deluxe House boat , a indigenously developed and designed private boat with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygiene kitchen ,dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the back waters. The cruise through palm fringed narrow canals, the unique life of the backwater people and above all the nature around you will make long lasting impressions in your mind, enjoy backwaters & lagoons. House Boat will move from 12 Noon to 5.00 Pm and 08.00 Am to 09:00 Am.A/C will be functioning only in the night. Evening it will anchor in a safe place where you can go for village walk , and nearby temple visit etc. [will be served with Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast in same Boat].Houseboats will be exclusively for you and there will be 3 staffs in boat to assist you ( Senoir driver , Driver and Cook)
Day 5: Kumarakom - Cochin International Airport Drop
Morning after breakfast check out from the House Boat and proceeds to Cochin International Airport/Railway Station on time with everlasting memories of a holiday in Gods Own Country…..
