Day 2: Day 2:- After breakfast in the,morning proceed to visit following places:-
Solang valley which offers a spectacular view of glaciers and snow capped peaks..at an altitude of 3978 meters. Also visit Kothi, Rahala Water falls on the way. (Subject to weather conditions and road being open).You will also love playing with snow there. You can also go for some adventure activities like, skiing, zorbing, paragliding etc. Anjani Mahadev Gulaba The 450 years old Hadimba devi Temple, the oldest temple in Manali. Tibetan center & monastery Old Manali. Van vihar Rest of the day is at leisure or take a stroll down the Mall road. Night stay in Manali.
Day 3: Day 3:- Departure to Shimla (245 kms 6 hours journey)
After breakfast checkout from the Hotel & drive to Hills queen Shimla. On the way visit following places:- Bilaspur, Sundernagar, Mandi Pandoh Dam Reach Shimla, and be in nature beauty.
Day 4: Day 4:-After breakfast in the,morning proceed to visit following places:-
Vice Regal Lodge heart of Shimla 'Ridge' where you see the landmark of Shimla Christ church"2nd oldest church " of north India, Statue of Bapu "Mohanchand Karam Chand Gandhi",Statue of Y.S Parmar founder of Himachal Pradesh,Heritage library,Horse ride,Softy, Ashiana Restaurant, Ridge, Shimla this used to be band stand during British rule. Later on the place was converted to Goofa restaurant in the basement and than Ashiana Restaurant on top level. Gaiety Theater - Was opened on the 30th of May, 1887,many famous theater personality have performed here ( Raj kapoor, Anupam kher,Rudyard Kipling, SHILPA,gURU DUTT,Pran,Sunny deol etc) Scandal Point- The name arose from the commotion caused by the supposed elopement of a British lady with an Indian Maharaja. The story goes that the then Maharaja of Patiala had eloped with the daughter of the British Viceroy. This had led to the Maharaja being banished from entering Shimla by the British authorities. He countered the move by setting himself a new summer capital – now famous hill resort of Chail, 45 km from Shimla. Kali Bari Temple:-The temple was built in 1845. It is dedicated to the goddess Kali. It is believed that in an ancient temple of Shimla, the goddess Kali existed, near Jakhoo. JAKHOO TEMPLE Excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from KufrI.
