Day 1: Transfer to Gangtok
Elevation : 1650m(5410ft), State - Sikkim, District - East Sikkim, Country - India. Gangtok is State Capital, Famous Marketing Place - M.G.Marg, Lal Bazar. The city is famous for exotic natural beauty and various sightseeing and pleasant weather, one can enjoy the panoramic view of the world's third highest mountain Mt. Kanchenjungha.
Day 2: Excursion to Tsomgo (Changu) Lake, Baba Mandir
Early morning journey for Tsomgo (Changu) lake, Baba Mandir . Tsomgo means "source of water" which is a glacial lake in Sikkim and located at an altitude of (3753m) 12310 feet, around 38 KM from Gangtok, District - East Sikkim. Place is famous for Yak riding.
Day 3: Gangton Local Sight seeing
Early morning breakfast – Gangtok local Sight Seeing will be as per the schedule of the guide 10 points includes the following Namgyal Institute of Tibetology. Ganesh Tok . Hanuman Tok. Dodrul Chorten. Rope Way. Cottage Industry. Flower Show . Tashi View Point Banjhakri Falls Enchey Monastery The visit to all these places are done with leisure and we advise our guest to follow - In the evening one is free to stroll around M G Marg / Local Market - Over night stay at Gangtok .
Day 4: Excursion for Lachung-Yumthang
Journey start after breakfast for Lachung – Journey around 7 hours for 125 km, Elevation 2900 m (9600ft), State Sikkim District North Sikkim Country India. Lachung is a confluence of the Lachen and Lachung rivers, Both tributaries of the River Teesta, The word Lachung meens “small passâ€, The Indian Army has a forward base in the town.Overnight stay at Hotel at Lachung
Day 5: Back to Gangtok via Yumthang
After breakfast drive to enjoy Yumthang, at an elevation 3564m (11693ft), journey about 2 hours to cover 125 km distance, The Yumthang vally is popularly known as “Valley of Flowers†and is home of the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary. During winter Yumthang is somber with snow all around and the snow clad mountains adding to the beauty. Return to Lachung for lunch - After lunch drive to Gangtok.
Day 6: Check out and drop to NJP/Bagdogra
After breakfast drop at NJP/Bagdogra. Guest are requested to start journey as early as possible to avoid road blockage and traffic rush which may happen in the hill area as because it is land sliding prone zone.
