6 Nights 7 Days Home Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar Airport to Hotel
On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative at the airport and transfer you to Deluxe Hotel. Afternoon Shikara ride on dal lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting places around the lake. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2: Day 2: Srinagar – Sonmarg - Srinagar
After Breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Sonmarg (Golden Meadow). Sonmarg lies in Sind Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Enjoy horse riding upto Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow Zojila pass, Zero point, Baltal (on direct payment). While returning back to Srinagar visit Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3: Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam
After breakfast leave for pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) The total distance of about 250 kms, will be covered in about 7 to 8 hrs. Pahalgam is situated at the union of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Pahalgam is now Kashmir's premier resort; cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight Stay & dinner at hotel.
Day 4: In pahalgam
After breakfast, depart for excursion trip to Chandanwadi, Starting point of Amarnath Yatra & Betab valley, Located on the way to Chandanwari, the valley was named Betaab after the bollywood movie by the same name! Earlier known as Hajan Valley, after the release of the movie, it was renamed as major part of the movie was shot here. Post lunch proceed for trip to Aru Valley – Aru Valley is a tourist spot 11 km from Pahalgam noted for its scenic meadows, and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. Day 5: Pahalgam to Gulmarg
After breakfast Proceed to Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also popular for its Affarwat, Nigeen valley and Strawberry valley, Maharaja palace, Golf club golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg In the evening return to Hotel in gulmarg. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: Day 2: Gulmarg to Srinagar – Local sightseeing
After breakfast trip to local sightseeing covering the famous Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh, Abode of Pleasure on the shore of the Dal lake, Shalimar Abode of Love built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan 7 tulip garden. Also visit Shankracharya Temple (243 steps) & Hazzarat bal shrine. Rest of the day free for shopping on your own. Dinner & Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Srinagar Airport Drop
Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.
