6 Nights 7 Days Home Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Jammu
Meet upon arrival and drive to Katra. The distance of 50 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Overnight stay in Hotel at Katra.
Day 2: Katra
After breakfast trek up for spiritual Darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi, after complete performance of the Darshan return to Hotel overnight.
Day 3: Katra - Pahalgam
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (valley of shepherds). The distance of about 241 kms will be covered in about 8 hrs. Enroute through the Jawahar lal Tunnel, Banihal, Rambhan, Kud. Arrive Pahalgam transfer to hotel. Afternoon have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Overnight stay in Hotel at Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam -Srinagar
After breakfast leave Pahalgam and drive to Srinagar at lunch time you will reach into the Hotel. Afternoon free for personal activities. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: Srinagar-Gulmarg –Srinagar
After breakfast full day trip to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers).2730 Mts. Above sea levels. The Distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. Also enjoy sledge riding on snow or Gondola ride (Cable car) up to Khilanmarg to enjoy the fascinating view of Peerpanchal range and for pony ride. Lunch at Gulmarg. Late afternoon drive back to Srinagar. Overnight stay at Houseboats/ Hotels.
Day 6: srinagar - Localsightseening
Morning visit to the Shankaracharya temple (Shiva temple) which commands one of the magnificent view of the Srinagar City and the lakes. Afternoon sightseeing of Mughal Gardens, visiting Cheshmashahi, Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) Built by Asif Khan Brother-in-law of Emperor Jehangir in 1632 AD and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 to 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet weaving Factory. Overnight stay in Deluxe Houseboat at Srinagar
Day 7: Departure
Morning after breakfast drive back to Jammu (about 305kms / 6 hrs.) and check into the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax before return to Delhi. O/n Hotel
