Day 1: Day 1: Chandigarh – Transfer to Shimla (320 km/7 – 8 hrs)
You'll be picked from Chandigarh Railway Station and transferred by our representatives to Shimla. It is nestled in the Shivalik Ranges and is a stunning place to visit with views of the snowcapped Himalayan ranges and far stretching valleys. On reaching this destination, you will check in at the hotel and rest for the night. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 2: Day 2: Day trip to Kufri; Local sightseeing on return
After an early morning breakfast, you will be taken on an excursion to the skiing resort of Kufri. Kufri is also well known for its skiing activities and ski resorts. Here you can have some great time with your family and friends. You may visit Shimla Wildlife Sanctuary and Amusement Park in Kufri. In the afternoon you and your dear one are taken to visit some of the best city attractions such as Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Jakhu Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, Scandal Point, State Museum and the second oldest Church in North India. In the evening you will enjoy shopping at The Mall and The Ridge. Overnight In Shimla.
Day 3: Day 3: Transfer to Manali via Kullu(240 km/8 hrs)
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel in Shimla and travel by surface transport to Manali. It's an 8 hour long journey. You may visit Sundarnagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Kullu Shawl Factory & Angora Rabbit Farm on way to Manali. On arrival in Manali, you will check-in to hotel & retire for the night after dinner. Overnight in Manali
Day 4: Day 4: Manali Excursion to Rohtang Pass /Solang valley
Get ready in the morning. Have breakfast and start your drive to Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass while returning back to the hotel. This is a picturesque valley and very good for the nature lover and photographer. You can also enjoy paragliding at on direct payment. Evening return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel. Please Note: National Green Tribunal( NGT ) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day. Rohtang pass will on subject to availability of permit from the SDM Office Manali on the spot with additional cost. In case of No Permit of Rohtang pass alternate Sightseeing of Solang valley shall be arranged
Day 5: Day 5: Manali Local Sightseeing
Get ready to enjoy some beautiful sightseeing points and temples in Manali. You can visit Hadimba Temples, Tibetan monastery. Afternoon explore local market. Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
Day 6: Day 6: Transfer to Dharamshala
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel in Manali and travel by surface transport to Dharamshala. It's a 7 –8 hour journey. visit the prime attractions of Dharamshala like Mcleodganj, Dal Lake, Bhagsunag Temple, Bhagsunag Fall, Church of St. John- an Anglican Church, Dharamshala Cricket Ground, the popular local monasteries where you can try meditating, ancient temples. On arrival you will move into the hotel in Dharamshala and retire for the night after dinner. Overnight in Dharamshala.
Day 7: Day 07: Local sightseeing of Dharamshala; Transfer to Dalhousie(120 kms/3 - 4 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed towards Khajjiar. Khajjiar, known as one of the most charming spots in the Himalayas. Lush green meadows of this town have led to its christening as The Mini Switzerland of India. At the middle of the foothills is the picturesque Khajjiar Lake, tranquil and serene Later begin driving towards Dalhousie, another beautiful hill station. The evening is free. Founded by Lord Dalhousie in 1854, Dalhousie boasts of a relaxed feel, cool fresh breeze verdant expanses of green and a pleasant climate. You are free to explore the place on your own. You may visit Subhash Baoli Chowk, Satdhara Falls, local market & the Mall which are the prime attractions in Dalhousie. Later return to hotel for dinner & an overnight stay. Overnight in Dalhousie.
Day 8: Day 08: Departure
Today is the last day of the Grand Himachal Tour. Have your breakfast and complete the check-out formalities. Start driving towards Chandigarh Airport, ending your trip with sweet memories.
