9 Nights 10 Days Home Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar - City Tour
Arrive at Srinagar Aiport and transfer to Hotel, and City tour in Srinagar Visit Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chechima Shahi, Pari Mahal, Shankerachari Temple, Dal Lake. Visit the carpet factory and island of Char Chinar. Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 2: Srinagar - Gulmarg
After breakfast proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. And begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system the 08 minutes ropeway. Descend back to Gulmarg Drive back to Srinagar . Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 3: Srinagar – Drass - Kargil
Drive to Kargil, enroute Sonmarg, Zojila Pass, War Memorial, Drass. Have a magnificent view of Kargil war Famous Peaks Tiger Hill, Tololing & visit Vijay Smarak. Then drive along the Drass River till one arrives at Kargil & Check in at Hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Kargil – Ule – Leh
Morning after Breakfast leave for Ule, enroute visit Mulbek. Proceed further towards Lamayuru & passing thru Namikala & Fatula Passes, the highest pass on Srinagar – Leh road. Later have a magnificent view of spectacular Moonlandscape. Leave for Leh enroute visit Alchi Monastery, Nimo, Sangam of Zanskar and Indus River, Sham valley, Likir monastery, Basgo Palace Hiking, Leh hall of fame, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Evening free time at Leisure at the Hotel.
Day 5: Leh –Nubra Valley
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la passing thru Horzey & Gangles Village. After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area and Samstaling Gompa. Overnight at Nubra camp.
Day 6: Nubra Valley –Leh
In the morning visit / explore Deskit Village including Diskit monastery , Hundar Sand Dunes enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel. Later drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
Day 7: Leh - Thiksey/Shey - Pangong Lake
After breakfast, leave for full day excursion to Pangong Lake. This route takes the visitor past the picturesque villages of Shey and Thiksey, and turns off the Indus valley by the side valley of Chemrey and Sakti After full day of sightseeing around the lake, check-in at fixed tented camp near the lake for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Pangong - Hemis - Leh
After breakfast, leave Pangong / Tangtse and retrace the Leh route across Chang-la. Upon reaching Karu, drive across the Indus and visit the famous Hemis Monastery, biggest monastery of Ladakh. Later drive on to Leh, enroute visit the Shey and Thiksey monastery. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
Day 9: Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast visit Stok Palace Museum. Post lunch at the hotel, visit Shanti Stupa, Sankar Gompa & Leh Palace and then explore the local markets.
Day 10: leh to srinagar
Departure Leh Leave for Srinagar airport to board flight back home
