Arrival Port Blair Half Day Sightseeing+ Ross and North Bay island
Board your flight from your respective hub and arrive in Port Blair. Our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, visit to Cellular Jail & Corbyns Cove Beach - a serene beach set in picturesque backgrounds of lush green coconut palms and pleasant sea. Later, witness the Light and Sound show at Cellular Jail the saga of countless martyrs of the Indian independence struggle who laid down their lives. The show, conducted in the premises of Cellular Jail, gives us a brief idea about the happenings in the jail prior to Independence. Excursion to Coral Island (North Bay) to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. This is an ideal place for snorkeling as this sandy beach coupled with clear water creates a breathtaking spectacle. Please carry your lunch pack, drinking water & changing dress. (Water sports activities available here are Scuba diving, underwater sea-walk, Snorkeling, glass bottom boat ride, Jet ski- water scooter, Banana boat ride, speed boat etc. on direct payment basis) After North Bay, Visit Ross Island, the former residential and administrative island of the British during their rule of SouthEast Asia, was nicknamed the Paris of the East. This island was completely destroyed in an earthquake, now in ruins. Baratang Island is a hidden gem of Andaman, floating between the South and the Middle Andaman. The island is blessed with dense mangrove forests, diversified fauna and local tribes. A paradise for nature and photography enthusiasts, it is one of the best places to visit in Andaman. If you wish to add some adventure to your relaxing trip to Andamans, then Baratang Island is just the right choice for you. In the evening proceed for Port Blair. Overnight stay at Port Blair The vehicles have to leave in convoys. Do not miss the convoy timing or there are chances that you might be stuck. Offering food items to tribal people is strictly prohibited, as it is fatal to their health. Interacting or taking pictures of the tribes is strictly prohibited. Carry sunscreen lotion and mosquito repellent lotions. Wear something in cotton and loosely fit as the weather is humid and you might have to climb up or down huge stairs.
