    Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra/NJP – Transfer to Phuentsholing – Evening Leisure

    Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, meet our representative and begin your scenic drive towards Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. The journey takes you through the beautiful plains of North Bengal, dotted with tea gardens, forests, and charming small towns along the way.
    On arrival at Phuentsholing, complete the check-in formalities at your hotel and take some time to relax after the journey.
    In the evening, you can explore Phuentsholing town on your own — visit the beautiful Bhutan Gate, take a stroll through the local market, and enjoy some local Bhutanese or Indian delicacies at nearby restaurants.

  2. Day 2 Thimphu

    Day 2: Phuentsholing to Thimphu – Immigration & En Route Sightseeing

    After breakfast, complete the immigration formalities at the Phuentsholing border. Once done, begin your beautiful journey towards Thimphu, the charming capital city of Bhutan. The drive is scenic, passing through winding mountain roads, lush valleys, and serene landscapes.
    If time permits, you can stop at some sightseeing points on the way to Thimphu, such as:
    Kharbandi Gompa – A peaceful monastery offering panoramic views of Phuentsholing town and the Bengal plains below.
    Wangkha Waterfall Viewpoint – A refreshing stop to enjoy the natural beauty and capture photographs.
    Chukha Hydropower Viewpoint – Witness one of Bhutan’s major hydroelectric projects nestled amidst forested hills.
    Tachog Lhakhang Bridge (Iron Bridge) – An ancient iron chain bridge built by the great Thangtong Gyalpo, known for its cultural and historical value.
    Upon arrival in Thimphu, check in to your hotel and relax after the long journey. You can spend the evening exploring the Thimphu city streets or visiting nearby cafés for a quiet evening.

  3. Day 3 Paro

    Day 3:ExploreThimphu Sightseeings later transfer to Paro

    Spend the day exploring Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital, known for its unique blend of tradition and modernity.

    Morning Sightseeing:
    - Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point) – Visit this magnificent 169-foot golden statue of Buddha, perched on a hill offering breathtaking panoramic views of Thimphu valley.
    - Memorial Chorten – A sacred stupa built in memory of Bhutan’s third king, known for its stunning architecture and spiritual significance. Locals can be seen walking around it, chanting prayers.
    - Tashichho Dzong – The majestic fortress and monastery that houses the King’s office and government headquarters, with beautiful gardens and intricate Bhutanese architecture.

    Afternoon Sightseeing:
    - Simply Bhutan Museum – Experience Bhutanese culture firsthand at this living museum, showcasing traditional architecture, folk dances, and local arts.

  4. Day 4 Paro

    Day 4: Paro – Tiger’s Nest Trekking & Local Sightseeing

    After an early breakfast, begin your adventure with the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery) trek — the most famous landmark of Bhutan. Perched dramatically on a cliff at about 10,200 feet, this sacred monastery is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Bhutan. The trek takes around 5–6 hours (round trip), passing through beautiful pine forests, fluttering prayer flags, and scenic viewpoints offering breathtaking views of the Paro Valley.
    After returning from the trek, take some time to relax and enjoy lunch. If time permits, you may explore a few local sightseeing spots in Paro, such as:
    Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong) – A magnificent fortress that stands tall along the Paro River.
    Kyichu Lhakhang – One of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan.
    National Museum (Ta Dzong) – Showcasing Bhutan’s rich history, culture, and heritage.
    In the evening, you may opt for a traditional Bhutanese Hot Stone Bath, a rejuvenating experience believed to have healing and therapeutic benefits — the perfect way to relax after your trek.

    Day 5: Paro – Chelela Pass Excursion – Transfer to Phuentsholing & Stay at Triptrova’s Resort, Hasimara

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Paro and set out for an excursion to the breathtaking Chelela Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in Bhutan at around 13,000 feet. Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Jomolhari and the Haa Valley, with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the mountain breeze — a perfect spot for photography and quiet reflection.
    After spending some time soaking in the scenic beauty, begin your descent towards Phuentsholing, driving through lush valleys and charming villages along the way. Complete the border formalities and continue your journey to Hasimara, where you’ll check in at Triptrova’s Resort.
    Relax and unwind at the resort after the long journey, surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of nature.
    After resting, our representative will assist you with your transfer to Bagdogra Airport for your flight back home.
