Arrive at Bagdogra & transfer to Phuentsholing (approx.4hrs) toThimphu (180km, approx. 6 hour drive)
Arrive to Bagdogra and transfer to Phuentsholing (alt. 300m / 985 ft) - it is a thriving commercial center. On arrival to Phuentsholing , Guide will help you complete your immigration formalalities and drive to Thimphu, the capital town of Bhutan. On arriving to Thimphu check into the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu (Altitude 2,320m)

Day 2 · Paro
Thimphu to Paro (1 hrs drive)
After an early breakfast 1) Trashichhoedzong the central administration center of Bhutan and the picturesque fortress of pride, 2) Takin Preserve center at Motithang a small zoo housing the unique and rare ship-like animal which is the national animal of Bhutan 3)Simply Bhutan Musuems - Museum resembling a Bhutanese village, featuring traditional cuisine, demonstrations & performances. 4) Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang). The largest seated Buddha statue(169ft) in the country Located at a short drive from Thimphu city. 5) King's Memorial Chorten After that drive to Paro. On your way visit Tagchoe Lhakang – where Bhutan first iron suspension bridge is located. Later in the day after checking into hotel, proceed to visit Ta Dzong, which houses National Museum, Rinpung Dzong, meaning (“fortress of the heap of jewels”), Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro. Hike to Tiger nest (Approx 6 hrs hike)
After breakfast, hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s next) approx 6 hours round trip hike. It is one of the most famous and wonders of Bhutan, perched on the side of a cliff 900m above the Paro valley floor. After Hike visit Airport view point, along the way, visit the 7th century Kyichu Lhakhang one of the 108 temples built in the Himalayas by Tibetan King, Songtsen Gampo.
