  1. Day 1 Thimphu

    PICK UP PARO AIRPORT TO THIMPHU

    Fly on board Druk Air to Paro, Bhutan On a clear day the panoramic views of the Himalaya are sensational, including Mount Everest (if you are flying from Delhi and Kathmandu – Prefer left side of the flight), but particularly exciting is the approach through the Bhutanese foothills and the landing, including a few steep turns to land at the tiny airstrip of Paro. In Paro; you will be received by your Bhutanese guide and transfer to Thimphu

    Depending on your arrival time you will visit to Buddha Point & TashiChhodzong, the secretariat building and throne room of His Majesty. On arrival checkin at hotel overnight stay at Thimphu.

  2. Day 2 Thimphu

    THIMPHU SIGHTSEEING

    mbark on an exciting journey through Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital and the residence of the royal family. Start your day with a visit to Buddha Point and Simply Bhutan, a living museum showcasing traditional Bhutanese life. TExplore religious sites like the National Memorial Chorten and the historic Chang Gangkha Monastery. Nature lovers shouldn’t miss the National Zoo with its unique national animal, the takin. Discover Bhutan’s spiritual side at the National Library, and enjoy the local crafts at the Handicraft Market.   3. Day 3 Punakha

    THIMPHU TO PUNAKHA SIGHTSEEING(77km – 2hrs)

    Embark on a picturesque journey from Thimphu to Punakha, covering 73 kilometers in approximately 3 hours. Departing after breakfast, the scenic drive unveils the breathtaking Dochula Pass en route to Punakha, situated at an altitude of 1300m/4265ft. Blessed with fertile lands from the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers, Punakha showcases its natural beauty and cultural richness. Commencing in the morning, your exploration begins with Punakha Dzong, the ‘Palace of Great Happiness,’ built in the 17th century and now serving as the winter residence for Je Khenpo, the head abbot, and a community of 1,000 monks. Afternoon ventures include a visit to the historic Punakha Suspension Bridge, one of Bhutan’s oldest, and Chimi Lhakhang, the 15th-century Temple of Fertility. This pilgrimage site for couples concludes your day. As evening descends, immerse yourself in Punakha’s rich history and natural splendor, with an overnight stay allowing you to savor the tranquility of this captivating valley.

    PUNAKHA VIA PHOBJIKHA TO PARO

    After Breakfast Morning Drive from Punakha to Gangtay (Phobjika) Sight Seeing Which also spelt Phobjika, the suffix kha means valley in Dzongkha) is a vast U- shaped glacial Valley. Also known as Gangtey Valley named after the impressive Gangtey Monastery of the Nyingma sect in Central Bhutan, where the Graceful Black- necked Cranes in Bhutan (Grus nigricollis) from the Tibetan Plateau visit the valley during the winter season to roost.   5. Day 5 Paro

    PARO EXCURSION TO TAKSANG MONASTERY HIKING

    After breakfast, embark on a hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery, famously known as the Tiger’s Nest. Perched dramatically on the edge of a steep cliff at an altitude of 3,180 meters, it stands as Bhutan’s most renowned and sacred monastery. According to legend, Guru Rinpoche, the revered spiritual master, is believed to have flown to this site on the back of a tigress and meditated in a cave where the monastery now resides. With its breathtaking location, approximately 900 meters above Paro Valley, the journey offers unparalleled views and a profound spiritual experience. Overnight stay in Paro.

    PARO 02 POINT SIGHTSEEING TO AIRPORT DROP

    This morning we take our Quick Visit the perfectly symmetrical Rinpung Dzong, built in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngwang Namgyal, the first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan. Also will be visiting the Ta Dzong – situated on the hill side, is the castle-shaped, one time watch tower built to defend Rinpung Dzong during inter-valley wars of the 17th Century, now holds the National Museum.
