Day by day

1. Day 1 Phuentsholing

   Arrive at Bagdogra & Drive in to Phuentsholing (170km, approx 4 hrs drive)

   Arrive to Bagdogra and transfer to Phuentsholing (alt. 300m / 985 ft) - it is a thriving commercial center. On arrival check in to your hotel rooms & evening go for a walk arround Zangthopelri Lhakhang Situated in the heart of city.

2. Day 2 Thimphu

   Phuentsholing to Thimphu ( 180km, approx 6 hrs drive)

   After an early breakfast complete all the immigration formalities at Phuentsholing and then transfer to Thimphu. On arrival checking in hotel, towards evening visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) ). The largest seated Buddha statue (169ft) in the country Located at a short drive from Thimphu city. Then, visit King's Memorial Chorten .

3. Day 3 Thimphu

   Thimphu Local sightseeing’s

   After an early breakfast Visit
   
   1) Institute for Zorig Chusum (Commonly known as Arts & Crafts School or Painting School)
   2) Bhutan Postal Museum
   3) Trashichhoedzong the central administration center of Bhutan and the picturesque fortress of pride,
   4) Takin Preserve center at Motithang a small zoo housing the unique and rare ship-like animal which is the national animal of Bhutan
   5)Simply Bhutan Musuems - Museum resembling a Bhutanese village, featuring traditional cuisine, demonstrations & performances.
   6)Sangaygang View Point
   and towards evening go for a walk in Chanyul Park & stroll through the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts bazaar.

4. Day 4 Punakha

   Thimphu to Punakha - 2 hrs Drive

   After early breakfast without any further delay drive to Punakha across Dochu La Pass. Located at a height of 3,088m/ 10,130 ft, Dochula is a beautiful scenic point housing 108 beautiful Chorten(Stupa), circular mani(Prayer wheel) wall, and prayer flags which decorates this highest point en-route.
   On arrival in Punakha Visit Punakha Dzong - The Palace of Great Happiness and one of the most beautiful fortress of Bhutan after that Visit Bhutan Longest Suspension Bridge and Chimi Lhakhang( the fertility temple).

5. Day 5 Paro

   Punakha to Paro (125km, approx 4 ½ hrs drive)

   After breakfast Visit if any places are missed in Punakha and drive back to Paro across Dochu la pass via Thimphu. On your way visit Tachog lhakang & Suspension Bridge which was built around 1420 by Thangtong Gyalpo who was great architect and saint of Bhutan. Then drive further to paro and after checking into hotel, proceed to visit Ta Dzong, then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong (“fortress of the heap of jewels”).

6. Day 6 Phuentsholing

   Hike to Tiger nest (Approx 6 hrs hike) to Phuentsholing ( approx 180 Km, 6hrs)

   After breakfast, hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s next) approx 6 hours round trip hike. It is one of the most famous and wonders of Bhutan, perched on the side of a cliff 900m above the Paro valley floor. After Hike, proceed for Phuentsholing and on arrival Guide will help you complete your exit formalities and check in to hotel and relax.

7. Day 7

   Phuentsholing to Gangtok (7hrs)

   After an early breakfast without further delay transfer to Gangtok enjoying the roadside scenery of the green tea gardens of Duars. There we bid you the final adieu with an undying hope of your visiting our country again to explore the unvisited parts and regions with many more adventures together. We bid you farewell with picturesque memories of Bhutan.
