Day 1 Thimphu
Arrive at Paro & Drive in to Thimphu.
Welcome to the Kingdom of Bhutan! Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be warmly received by your guide and driver. After completing arrival formalities, Drive towards Thimphu. On arrival checking in hotel, towards evening visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) ). The largest seated Buddha statue (169ft) in the country Located at a short drive from Thimphu city. Then, visit King's Memorial Chorten.

Day 2 Thimphu
Thimphu Local sightseeing’s
After breakfast, visit:-
1) Trashichhoedzong the central administration center of Bhutan and the picturesque fortress of pride,
2) Takin Preserve center at Motithang a small zoo housing the unique and rare ship-like animal which is the national animal of Bhutan
3)Simply Bhutan Musuems - Museum resembling a Bhutanese village, featuring traditional cuisine, demonstrations & performances.
4)Centenary Park( Walking Buddha)
5) Jungshi hand made Paper Factory
and towards evening go for a walk in Coronation Park & stroll through the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts bazaar.

Day 3 Punakha
Thimphu to Punakha (75km, approx 2 ½ hr drive.)
After breakfast, without any further delay drive to Punakha across Dochu La Pass. Located at a height of 3,088m/ 10,130 ft, Dochula is a beautiful scenic point housing 108 beautiful Chorten(Stupa), circular mani(Prayer wheel) wall, and prayer flags which decorates this highest point en-route.
On arrival in Punakha check in to the hotel and Visit Punakha Dzong - The Palace of Great Happiness and one of the most beautiful fortress of Bhutan after that Visit Bhutan Longest Suspension Bridge and Chimi Lhakhang( the fertility temple).

Day 4 Punakha
Punakha local sightseeing.
Enjoy your stay at your hotel in Punakha and take some time to relax. Later, visit the iconic Punakha Suspension Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in Bhutan, offering breathtaking views of the Pho Chhu River and the surrounding valley. Continue your excursion to Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of Fertility, a sacred monastery renowned for its unique history, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful countryside setting. By afternoon make visit to Punakha Dzong.

Day 5 Punakha
Excursion to Gangtey valley (Phobjikha)(2hrs)
After breakfast, embark on a fascinating excursion to Gangtey. The valley of Gangtey is one of the most beautiful spots in Bhutan. The surprise of finding such a wide, flat valley without any trees after the hard climb through dense forests is augmented by an impression of vast space, an extremely rare experience in Bhutan where most of the valley’s are tightly enclosed.
Visit here the Gangtey Gompa : Perched on a small hill that rises from the valley floor, the Gangtey Monastery is the only Nyingmapa monastery on the western side of the Black Mountain’s and also the biggest Nyingmapa monastery in Bhutan. The Monastery is surrounded by a large village inhabited mainly by the families of the 140 Gomchens who take care of the Monastery.
Then explore the fascainting Phobjikha Valley. This place is the winter home of black necked cranes that migrate from the arid plains in the north to pass winter in milder and lower climate. Phobjikha, at an altitude of 2900 m, falls under the district of Wangduephodrang and lies on the periphery of the Black Mountain National Park.
Also visit Black Neck Crane Information Centre. Situated on the edge of the forest and wetland along the main road of Phobjikha valley, the black-necked crane information Centre has an observation room equipped with high power telescope and spotting scopes for catching the best view of the cranes. The centre also offers display information that outline the natural and cultural history of the area. There is a small gift shop, which sells handicrafts produced by the local people.

Day 6 Paro
Punakha to Paro (125km, approx 4 ½ hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Paro, on the way you can see Tachog Lhakhang (first iron bridge in Bhutan), following the way back up the dramatic Wang Chhu and Paro Chhu river valleys, before crossing through Paro town towards the north end of the valley.
Later in the day after checking into hotel, walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, meaning (“fortress of the heap of jewels”), which has a long and fascinating history. Along the wooden galleries lining the inner courtyard are fine wall paintings illustrating Buddhist lore such as four friends, the old man of long life, the wheel of life, scenes from the life of Milarepa, Mount. Sumeru and other cosmic Mandala.

Day 7 Paro
Excursion to Chele La Pass
After breakfast, embark on a scenic excursion to Chele La Pass, one of Bhutan's highest motorable passes, situated at an elevation of approximately 3,988 meters above sea level. The drive takes you through beautiful forests of blue pine, fir, and rhododendron, offering spectacular mountain scenery along the way.
Upon reaching the pass, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, including the sacred peaks of Mount Jomolhari and Jichu Drake on a clear day. The pass is adorned with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the mountain breeze, creating a truly serene and spiritual atmosphere. Spend time exploring the area, taking photographs, and enjoying the fresh alpine air before returning to Paro in the afternoon.

Day 8
"Final Adieu" - Farewell & Departure
After the hearty breakfast check out of the hotel and transfer to Paro airport enjoying the roadside scenery .
