  1. Day 1 Phuentsholing

    Day 1: Arrive at Bagdogra & Drive in to Phuentsholing (170km, approx 4 hrs drive)

    Arrive to Bagdogra and transfer to Phuentsholing (alt. 300m / 985 ft) - it is a thriving commercial center. On arrival check in to your hotel rooms & evening go for a walk around Zangthopelri Lhakhang Situated in the heart of city.

  2. Day 2 Thimphu

    Day 2: Phuentsholing to Thimphu ( 180km, approx 6 hrs drive)

    After an early breakfast complete all the immigration formalities at Phuentsholing and then transfer to Thimphu. On arrival checking in hotel, towards evening visit Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) ). The largest seated Buddha statue (169ft) in the country Located at a short drive from Thimphu city. Then, visit King's Memorial Chorten and towards evening go for a walk in Coronation Park & stroll through the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts bazaar.

  3. Day 3 Thimphu

    Thimphu sightseeing

    After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the Takin Preserve, home to the Takin, the national animal of Bhutan—an unusual and unique creature found only in the Eastern Himalayas and on the way visit sangaygang view point Later in the afternoon, visit Tashichho Dzong (the "Fortress of the Glorious Religion"), an impressive structure that serves as the seat of the Bhutanese government and the central monastic body. After your visit the folk heritage in Thimphu, we will visit simply Bhutan museum. Afternoon time we will spent visiting the royal textile, paper factory, and sangaygang view point

  4. Day 4 Punakha

    Thimphu to Punakha(75km, approx 2 ½ hrs drive)

    After breakfast, drive to Punakha across Dochu La. Located at a height of 3,088m/ 10,130 ft,
    Afternoon visit Punakha Dzong or (Palace of Great Happiness), built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal at the junction of the Phochu and Mochu rivers. Later in the day go for excursion to Chimi Lhakhang (the temple of fertility) and the longest Suspension Bridge in Bhutan.

  5. Day 5 Phobjikha Valley

    Punakha to Phobjikha and back(2hrs 2hrs drive)

    After an early breakfast drive to fascainting Phobjikha Valley. This place is the winter home of black necked cranes that migrate from the arid plains in the north to pass winter in milder
    and lower climate. Phobjikha, at an altitude of 2900 m, falls under the district of Wangduephodrang and lies on the periphery of the Black Mountain National Park.
    Also visit Black Neck Crane Information Centre. Situated on the edge of the forest and wetland along the main road of Phobjikha valley, the black-necked crane information Centre has an observation room equipped with high power telescope and spotting scopes for catching the best view of the cranes. The centre also offers display information that outline the natural and cultural history of the area. There is a small gift shop, which sells handicrafts produced by the local people.

  6. Day 6 Paro

    Day 6: Phobjikha to Paro ( 4 hours drive)

    After breakfast, drive to Paro via Tachog Lhakhang, home to Bhutan’s first iron bridge, while following the dramatic valleys of the Wang Chhu and Paro Chhu before crossing through Paro toward the northern end of the valley.

    Later, after check-in at the hotel, visit Ta Dzong, originally built as a watchtower and now housing Bhutan’s National Museum, with rich collections of antique thangka paintings, textiles, weapons, armor, household objects, and fascinating natural and historical artifacts. Continue with a walk down the trail to Rinpung Dzong, the “Fortress of the Heap of Jewels,” renowned for its history and beautiful wall paintings depicting Buddhist legends and cosmic mandalas. Also visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples, where you may offer butter lamps and prayers for a happy marriage (spot booking required).

  7. Day 7 Paro

    Day 7: Hike to Tiger Nest (approx 6 hours hike).

    Day 7: Hike to Tiger Nest (approx 6 hours hike).
    After breakfast hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s next) approx 6 hours round trip hike. It is one of the most famous of Bhutan’s monasteries, perched on the side of a cliff 900m above the Paro valley floor. After Hike drive back to the hotel to refresh and relax.

    On arrival back to paro after hike visit Drukgyel Dzong, along the way, visit the 7th century Kyichu Lhakhang one of the 108 temples built in the Himalayas by Tibetan King, Songtsen Gampo. Evening time at leisure to cherish your last night stay in Bhuta,Evening an exploratory walk around Main Street market area and hang out in some renown coffee shops…

  8. Day 8 Phuentsholing

    Day 8 : Drive Back to Phuentsholing (225km, Approx 8 hrs. drive)

    After an early breakfast travel back to Phuentsholing, 5km before Phuentsholing visit Kharbandi Goenpa from where you can get the eagle eye view of the Phuentsholing city and the plains, daurs area (India) boarder town.
