After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Thekkady, a journey of around 3–4 hours through spice plantations and winding hill roads. On arrival, check in to your hotel and prepare for an exciting excursion to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Here, you can enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake, offering a chance to spot elephants, wild boars, bison, and an array of bird species in their natural habitat.
