Day by day

1. Day 1 Dharamshala

   Chandigarh to Kangra

   Arrive at Chandigarh Railway Station. Meet your private cab. Begin the drive toward Kangra (~5.5 hours). Stop at Jwalamukhi Temple en route. Visiting this on the way prevents anunnecessary 70km round-trip detour later. Arrive in Kangra, check in to The Hotel Yatrika, and have a comfortable lunch. Visit Brajeshwari Mata Temple, followed by Gupt Mata Mandir. Explore Kangra Fort in the late afternoon light. Evening Return to the hotel for a restful night.

2. Day 2 Dharamshala

   Kangra to McLeodganj

   Check out The Kangra Hotel and visit Chamunda Mata Temple. Drive up toward Dharamshala, stopping at the Norbulingka Institute to seebeautiful Tibetan arts and crafts. Visit the picturesque HPCA Cricket Stadium. Continue up the mountain, check in to The Himtrek Stays McLeodganj. 3. Day 3 Dharamshala

   McLeodganj Sightseeing

   Start the day at the Dalai Lama Temple for a peaceful and spiritual morning. Head up to the Bhagsu Nag Waterfall. Take the climb slowly and use the rest stops along the stairs. Enjoy lunch in the Bhagsu or McLeodganj area. Visit St. John in the Wilderness Church, known for its beautiful gothic architecture
   in a pine forest setting. Stop by Dal Lake (smaller than the Kashmir lake, but very peaceful) and end the
   afternoon at Naddi View Point for a spectacular sunset over the Dhauladhar mountain ranges.

4. Day 4 Dalhousie

   McLeodganj to Dalhousie

   Check out from The Himtrek Stays and begin the ~4-hour scenic drive to Dalhousie. Take a mid-way break to stretch your legs and grab tea. Arrive in Dalhousie, check in to Hotel Mount View, and enjoy lunch. Head out toward Khajjiar. Stop briefly to see the Panchpula Waterfall on the way. Drive through the dense, picturesque pine and deodar forests of Kalatop. Arrive at Khajjiar. The wide, open meadows here are ideal for unwinding, taking photos, and enjoying light activities. 5. Day 5

   Dalhousie To Chandigarh

   This Morning check out From The Hotel Echor Alpine Meadows View, and hit the road. Depart Dalhousie. This early start provides a comfortable 8-hour window to cover the ~310 km drive to Chandigarh, factoring in lunch and potential highway traffic. Arrive at Chandigarh Railway Station with plenty of buffer time. Board Train 19412 back to Jaipur.
