    Delhi to Shimla by a/c Volvo bus

  2. Day 2 Shimla

    Shimla local Sightseeing - Kufri Sightseeing

    This Day after arriving at Shimla meet with our representative and drive to Hotel. After check in and fresh up go for local sightseeing and kufri sightseeing by Cab.
    Shimla local sightseeing are:
    The Mall Shimla - Mall Road is the major hangout point and shopping centre in Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India A Himachal emporium that
    offers handicraft products of Himachal Pradesh like locally designed woolen clothes, branded clothes, pottery items, wooden products, and jewellery is also located here.
    Church - This Christ Church, Shimla, is the second oldest church in north india, after St. Johan Church in Meerut.

    Scandle Point - "The most common story told about the Scandal Point was that of the Maharaja of Patiala, Bhupinder Singh, eloping with the British Viceroy's daughter in 1892. He was banned by the British from entering Shimla. So, he constructed a summer capital for himself at a small village called Chail.
    KaliBari temple - Kali Bari Mandir is a Hindu temple situated on Bantony Hill, Shimla. The temple is dedicated to fearsome reincarnation of Goddess Kali, known as Shyamala, after which the Shimla city is named. The goddess is believed to have existed near Jakhoo.

    Lower Bazar - The Lower Bazaar in Shimla, also known as Subzi Mandi, weaves a chaotic and vibrant tapestry in the lives of the townspeople. Bursting with life and energy, this bazaar is an endless ... maze of narrow lanes interconnected with one another.
    Lakkar Bazar - Known for exquisite wooden products, Lakkar Bazaar is located adjacent to the Ridge in Shimla. It was established by a group of Sikh carpenters from Hoshiarpur, who came and settled here almost a century ago. The wooden souvenirs and decorative items sold in the market fascinate tourists and locals alike.
    Jhansi park - The ladies park, also known as Rani Jhansi Park which is almost Attached to the Mall road. Good times for kids, playing around or relaxing places for couples or adults.

    Kufri Sightseeing

    Hassan Valley -The altitude ranges from 1,900 m to 2,620 m. The sanctuary is connected by a forest corridor to Chail Sanctuary in the south. This catchment which is the main water supply for Shimla. The natural vegetation comprises pine, oak, cedar or Himalayan deodar, and rhododendron, as well as maple and horse chestnut Mahasu Peak - Mahasu Peak is one of the highest points in Kufri that offers stunning views of Badrinath and Kedarnath ranges. The best way to explore the area is by hiking through its thick forest of deodar. Visitors can also trek or ride on horseback to reach the top, where a Nag temple stands, amidst picturesque surroundings.

    Kufri Fun Club - large, Year- round theme park offering rides,adventures sports,and activities in winter.
    Horse Ride - The journey from Shimla to Kufri is good, but little rough. However, once at Kufri there is not much else to do except for the horse ride trip to the view points. The route is covered in mud and horse poop, so can not be traversed on foot. The horse ride is nice, through the incline, once hard ground appears.

  3. Day 3 Manali

    Shimla to Manali (On the way Kullu)

    Today morning after breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to Manali by cab.On the way sight seen like Pandoh Dam, Sunder nagar Lake, Vaishno Devi Temple Darshan, River Rafting at Kullu (at your own cost) and Kullu Shawl Fectory etc…..In evening you will reach at Manali. After that go to Hotel and check in.Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.
    Pandoh Dam - The 76 m (249 ft) tall Pandoh Dam is an embankment dam on the Beas River. The dam was commissioned in 1977 and its primary purpose is hydroelectric power generation. Part of a run-of-the-river power scheme, it diverts the waters of the Beas to the southwest through a 38 km (24 mi) long system of tunnels and channels.
    Sunder nagar Lake - Sunder Nagar is located in Mandi district. The waters of Beas and Sutlej river given it a man-made lake. The Sunder Nager is mixture of

    Himachalis and Punjabis people. There are lot of scenic beauties to see like sunset across the lake.
    Vaishno Devi Temple Darshan - The Vaishno devi temple is situated in Kullu, on the banks of Beas River. It is commonly known as Mahadevi Tirthankaras, and
    is named after Parvati, Lord Shiva's wife. This magnificent temple was built in 1966 by Swami Sewak Das Ji Maharaj and is currently under the supervision of Shri Sharda Maa Seva Trust.

    Manali local sightseeing & Solang Valley

    Today morning after breakfast go for local sightseeing and solang valley sights tour covering placeslike Hadimba Devi temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar and evening shopping at the local market (Mall ). Overnight stay & dinner at Manali hotel.

    Hadimba Devi Temple - Hidimba Devi Temple, locally known as Dhungari Temple, alsoknown variously as theHadimbaTemple, is located in Manāli, ahill station in the State of Himāchal Pradesh in north India. It is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, wife ofBhima, a figure in the Indian epic Mahābhārata.

    Tibetan Monastery - Buddhist temple housinghistoric and cultural exhibits as well as aMeditation centre and souvenir shop.

    Van Vihar - Van Vihar National Park is one of the most frequented attractions in Manali. Located favourably on the Mall Road, this park is populated with many deodar trees that provideshade to the whole area. For the convenience of visitors, the park is provided with concrete as well as wooden benches.

    Club House - The Club House in Manali is an amusement and adventure retreat set up on the banks of the Manalsu Nalla, a branch of the breathtaking Beas River. It is one place in the ManaliValley that has something forthe entire family - whether it is indoor games/sports, entertainment or recreational activities.

    Vashisht Temple Hot Spring Water - Vashisht Temple, located in Vashisht near Manali, isfamous for Sulfuroushot water springs, whose water is believed tohave great healing powers.

    Beas river - The length of the River Beas is 470 km.This age-old river is named as Vipasha inSanskrit and Hyphasis in Greek. This river flows through thetwo states of Himachal Pradesh andPunjab. The river is a great sourceof the generation of electricity in India through hydro-electricpower plants.


    Solang Valley.Solang Valley in Manali is located at a distance of 13 Km in a side Valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund.
    Solang Valley offers the view of glaciers and snow capped mountains and peaks. Solang Valley has fine ski slopes. The Mountaineering Institute of Manali has installed a ski lift for training purpose. Located here is a hut and guest house of the Mountaineering and Allied sports institute, Manali. Now a Few Hotels have also come up. The winter skiing festivel is organised in Solang Valley. Skiing and Paragliding are two main activities are organised here. Apart from this many other adventure sports are available like Zorbing, Horse riding & Snow motor bike riding etc……

    Manali –Naggar Castle & evening delhi departure

    This day morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel go for visit Solang Valley.Solang Valley in Manali is located at a distance of 13 Km in a side Valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund.

    Situated on the left bank of river beas at an altitude of 2,047 meters, Naggar is an ancient town kullu district of himachal Pradesh , India. It was once capital of the Kullu kingdom and is perhaps the most charming village in the valley today surrounded by the magnificent mountains, waterfalls and snow covered ranges.     Art gallery - The Nicholas Roerich art gallery was founded in 1962 by Svyetoslav Roerich, son of Nicholas Roerich. The building that now houses the gallery once served as the residence of Nicholas Roerich. The Himachal Pradesh Government and Russian Government have formed a trust to run this art gallery as the Roerich Heritage Museum.
