    After breakfast we move towards Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22. The region around Shimla including Kufri was once a part of the Kingdom of Nepal until the area was ceded to the British Raj as part of the Sugauli Treaty. This region remained obscure from the rest the world until the British 'discovered' it in 1819.     SOLANG VALLEY (Rohtang If open)

    fter breakfast we move to visit solang valley Solang valley Located at a distance of 13 kms from Manali, Solang Valley lies between Solang village and Beas Kund. It offers a beautiful view of glaciers and snow capped mountains. Since the valley has fine ski slopes, it is a perfect place for skiing. The guest house of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports, Manali is based here. This institute is the venue for winter skiing festival and also offers training in skiing to the tourists. In winter, the valley becomes a skiing paradise with children of all ages slipping and sliding over the fresh white snow. When snow melts in the summer, skiing is replaced by parachuting, zorbing, paragliding and horse riding. For snow lovers, the best time to visit Solang Valley is between the months of December to February.

    MANALI LOCAL CITY TOUR

    After breakfast visit local manali Hadimba Temple built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway Visit Club House.   7. Day 7 Dalhousie

    DHARMSHALA - MCLODGANJ- DALHOUSIE

    After breakfast we visit to McLeod Ganj
    Often called the Little Lhasa, at 1770m is the residence of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. The Tibetan Government in exile has been head quartered here for over three decades.The impressive monastery has larger than life images of the Buddha, Padmasambhava and Avaloktwshwara. The large Tibetan community and the presence of traditional architectural designs drawn from Tibet have enhanced the area. Tibetian handicrafts and garments are available on sale every Sunday. The Tibetian Institute of Performing Arts is just a km away and organises a ten day festival from the second Saturday of April.
    DAL LAKE :
    11 km from Dharamsala and surrounded by deodar trees this is an enchanting and serene picnic spot.
    Bhagsunag Fall :
    Cuddled with gigantic hills, it is a beautiful place in McLeod Ganj and is a charming place for tourism and excursion. It is a well known tourist place and a wonderful place for Hindu pilgrimage. The dribble of waterfall provides a spectacular look during the monsoon. It is just 11 kms from Dharamshala and directly connects with Gaggal Airport and Pathankot Railway Station by roadways. The Bhagsunag temple means a lot for the Ghurkhas by whom Kangra was aquatinted in the 19th century which was reconstructed by them. It also has various eatery restaurants near to the place which had always been the hub of tourists. Along with Lord Shiva, it is also dedicated to the snake god Bhagsu Nag. Another fable tale associated with the place Bhagsu is that it had a king named Bhagsu who’s well known as the powerful serpent defeater. It was after the incident that the temple was built by the king.
    Kunal Pathri Temple
    Kunal Pathri is a little rock temple dedicated to goddess Durga in Dharamshala. Located in the beautiful Dhauladhar Ranges in Kangra district, this ancient temple is surrounded by dense tea gardens and is the perfect place for a long peaceful walk amidst the lush surroundings.
    The temple displays exquisite carvings of gods and goddesses. It is said that there is a stone in the temple that always remains wet. According to local legend, the moment it starts drying, it rains. It is believed that when goddess Sati, wife of Lord Shiva, died, her skull had fallen here on this spot.
