Day 2 · Srinagar
Srinagar to Pahalgam - Day Trip
This morning after early breakfast drive to Pahalgam, the valley of shepherds. Drive through saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins of a 1100 years old lord Vishnu built of king awantiwareman .Drive through the pine forest and along lidder river. The total distance of 96kms will be covered in about 3hours. One can enjoy horse riding Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian film industry. In the evening back to Srinagar.

Srinagar to Gulmarg - Day Trip
After early breakfast proceed for Gulmarg (Meadows of Flowers) 2730mts. above the sea level. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest Golf course with 18 holes if weather Permits one can also have view of Nanga Parbat. This morning after early breakfast drive to sonamarg which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to sonamarg the total distance of 80kms will be covered in 2.5 hours. One can ride on horse to visit to Thajiwas Glaciers were snow remains round the year and sonamarg is known as gate way of ladakh . In the evening local sightseeing. Night Stay at Famous Houseboat at famous Dal Lake experience a blissful shikara Ride on the serene Dal lake.
