Day 1 Srinagar
Day 01--- Arrive Srinagar and Local Sight Seeing
Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport or railway station, you will be
warmly welcomed by a representative from Capture Kashmir Tours.
After a smooth meet-and-greet, you will be assisted with your luggage
and escorted to begin your enchanting Srinagar local sightseeing tour,
which includes Nishat Bagh (built in 1633 by Asif Khan, brother of
Empress Noor Jahan), Shalimar Bagh (commissioned by Emperor
Jahangir for his wife Noor Jahan), Chashme Shahi (a small garden built
in 1632 during the reign of Shah Jahan, known for its natural spring),
Pari Mahal (built in the 1600s by Dara Shikoh, son of Shah Jahan, once
a center for Sufi learning), the Botanical Garden, and Hazratbal Shrine
(a revered Muslim shrine on the northern shores of Dal Lake). You will
also visit the historic Shankaracharya Temple, located atop a hill
overlooking Srinagar, offering panoramic views of the city and Dal
Lake. The tour also includes the Tulip Garden (open only during March–
April), Asia’s largest, featuring vibrant seasonal blooms. In the
evening, enjoy a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where the calm
waters, golden hues of the setting sun, surrounding mountains, and
cool breeze create a truly magical experience. After the ride, you will
be escorted to your hotel for check-in, followed by dinner at the hotel,
marking the end of your first day in Srinagar. -
Day 2 Srinagar
Day 02 ---Srinagar to Sonmarg
After breakfast, you will drive approximately 80 kilometers from Srinagar to Sonmarg. On the way, you will first stop at Wayul, a beautiful spot perfect for taking selfies and enjoying the scenic surroundings. Then, continuing via Kangan, you will proceed to visit the stunning Thajiwas Glacier, known for its pristine snowfields and breathtaking views. To reach Thajiwas Glacier, you can either walk or enjoy a pony ride. Sonmarg, also called the “Meadow of Gold,” offers opportunities for nature walks, pony rides, visiting the popular Fishing Point on the banks of Sind River, and adventurous activities like zip lining near the picturesque Baltal View. Zojila Pass, Zero Point, Kargil War Memorial and the Kashmir last village require hiring a separate union cab, depending on weather conditions, as the road is often closed in winter due to snow. After a refreshing day amidst nature, you will return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Srinagar
Day 03 --- Srinagar to Gulmarg (Houseboat stay)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed for a full-day excursion to
Gulmarg, a scenic hill station located around 50 km from Srinagar. On the
way, you can visit the stunning Drung Waterfall, a hidden gem along the
Gulmarg route, which becomes a frozen waterfall in winter and offers a
spectacular view. It is accessible via union cabs or ATV rides, making it a
perfect spot for photography and enjoying the pristine mountain environment.
Upon arrival in Gulmarg, begin with the world-famous Gondola ride, which
takes you up to Kongdoori and Apharwat Peak, providing breathtaking views
of the snow-covered Himalayan ranges. Depending on the season, enjoy
adventure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, sledging, ATV rides, horse
riding, and nature walks. After the Gondola experience, explore other
attractions in Gulmarg including the serene Botapathri Valley, the vibrant
Strawberry Garden, the picturesque Gulmarg Golf Course, and the historic St.
Mary’s Church, all accessible via union cabs or ATV rides. After a fun-filled
and refreshing day in the mountains, drive back to Srinagar by evening for
dinner and an overnight stay at the houseboat. -
Day 4 Pahalgam
Day 04 --- Srinagar to Pahalgam and stay
After breakfast at your hotel in Srinagar, depart for the scenic hill
station of Pahalgam, approximately 90 km away, passing through the
picturesque Anantnag and Pampore regions with lush valleys, saffron
fields, and the flowing Lidder River. On the way, visit Apple Valley,
located en route to Pahalgam, where you can enjoy the sprawling
apple orchards, capture photographs, and breathe in the fresh
mountain air. Continue to Pahalgam and explore the breathtaking
Betaab Valley and Aru Valley, with their lush meadows, sparkling
streams, and snow-capped mountains. Visit Chandanwari, the starting
point for the Amarnath Yatra, offering stunning alpine views. You can
indulge in light trekking, pony rides, or simply relax amidst nature’s
beauty. Later in the day, drive back to hotel for dinner and
overnight stay. -
Day 5 Jammu
Day 05 --- Pahalgam to jammu and stay
After a hearty breakfast, you will be picked up from Pahalgam and visit some sightseen in pahalgam later drive to
to Jammu covering approximately 250 km in 4–5
hours. Carry with you the serene landscapes and unforgettable moments of
Kashmir, made possible by Capture Kashmir Tours, and have a safe and pleasant
onward journey. -
Day 6
Day 06 ---Jammu departure
In morning drive back to departure for Jammu Railway station.
