Day 1 Munnar
Cochin to Munnar
After your arrival in Cochin, begin your scenic drive towards Munnar, a breathtaking hill station nestled in the Western Ghats of Kerala. En route, enjoy picturesque views of lush greenery, misty mountains, and winding roads. Stop at the beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, where cascading waters amidst dense forests make for a perfect photo opportunity. You will also visit a spice plantation, where you can explore and learn about Kerala’s famous spices such as cardamom, pepper, and cloves. The aroma and freshness of the plantation make it a delightful experience. Munnar Siteseeing
A full-day sightseeing tour in Munnar is an excellent way to explore its natural beauty and cultural attractions. The journey begins with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, famous for its lush green landscapes and the rare Nilgiri Tahr. The entry fee for the park is approximately ?200 for Indian adults and ?500 for foreign tourists, while children under 12 enjoy a discounted rate. The next stop is the Mattupetty Dam and Lake, where visitors can take boat rides (?300-?500 depending on the type of boat) and enjoy the serene surroundings of the reservoir nestled among tea plantations. Following this, you'll head to Echo Point, where you can experience the natural echo phenomenon. Entry to Echo Point is generally free, but there are charges for optional activities like paddle boating. The tour then takes you to Rajamalai Garden, a beautifully maintained area filled with blooming flowers, which is perfect for leisurely walks and photos. Day 3 Thekkady
Munnar to Thekkady
Your journey from Munnar to Thekkady begins with a scenic drive through lush tea plantations, misty hills, and peaceful villages, creating a perfect transition from highland charm to the dense greenery of the Periyar region. En route, you can stop at panoramic viewpoints and spice plantations to experience the aroma of cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon that the region is famous for. Upon reaching Thekkady, you can check in at your hotel and proceed to explore the attractions of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, including a serene boating experience on Periyar Lake where you may spot elephants, deer, and various bird species along the forested shores. Day 4 Alleppey
Thekkady to Alleppey
check in to the hotel/resort (backwater-side hotel preferred). After freshening up, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Alleppey Beach to enjoy the sea breeze and sunset views, followed by Vijay Beach Park or Sea View Park. Later, explore the peaceful backwater canals around Alleppey town and enjoy a shikara boat ride (optional, on direct payment) for a short backwater experience without staying on a houseboat. In the evening, visit Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple or enjoy some local shopping. Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Alleppey.

Day 5
Alleppey to Cochin siteseeing and drop
After breakfast check out from the hotel and move to cochin city sightseeing. Visit the historic Fort Kochi, famous for the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, followed by St. Francis Church, one of the oldest European churches in India, and Santa Cruz Basilica. Continue to Mattancherry, where you will visit the Dutch Palace (Mattancherry Palace) and explore Jew Town along with the historic Paradesi Synagogue (closed on Fridays & Saturdays).
Later, drive to Marine Drive, enjoy a relaxing walk along the waterfront, and visit Bolgatty Palace (outside view). You may also stop at Lulu Mall for shopping after complete cochin siteseeing you will be dropped at cochin railway station/ Airport to complete your journey.
