Day 1 Munnar
Cochin to Munnar
After your arrival in Cochin, begin your scenic drive towards Munnar, a breathtaking hill station nestled in the Western Ghats of Kerala. En route, enjoy picturesque views of lush greenery, misty mountains, and winding roads. Stop at the beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, where cascading waters amidst dense forests make for a perfect photo opportunity. You will also visit a spice plantation, where you can explore and learn about Kerala’s famous spices such as cardamom, pepper, and cloves. The aroma and freshness of the plantation make it a delightful experience. Continue your journey through the hills, and upon reaching Munnar, check into your hotel or resort and unwind amidst nature’s tranquility. Day 2 Munnar
Munnar Siteseeing
A full-day sightseeing tour in Munnar is an excellent way to explore its natural beauty and cultural attractions. The journey begins with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, famous for its lush green landscapes and the rare Nilgiri Tahr. The entry fee for the park is approximately ?200 for Indian adults and ?500 for foreign tourists, while children under 12 enjoy a discounted rate. The next stop is the Mattupetty Dam and Lake, where visitors can take boat rides (?300-?500 depending on the type of boat) and enjoy the serene surroundings of the reservoir nestled among tea plantations. Following this, you'll head to Echo Point, where you can experience the natural echo phenomenon. Entry to Echo Point is generally free, but there are charges for optional activities like paddle boating. The tour then takes you to Rajamalai Garden, a beautifully maintained area filled with blooming flowers, which is perfect for leisurely walks and photos. Day 3 Thekkady
Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady, driving through scenic landscapes of cardamom hills and spice plantations. On arrival, check in to your hotel and freshen up. Later, you can enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake inside Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may spot elephants and other wildlife along the banks. Day 4 Alleppey
Thekkady to Alleppey
Upon arrival in Alleppey by noon, proceed for check-in to your traditional Kerala houseboat at around 12:00 PM. After a warm welcome with a refreshing drink, begin your enchanting cruise through the serene backwaters of Alleppey. Sail past lush green paddy fields, coconut groves, charming villages, and narrow canals while enjoying the scenic beauty of Kerala's countryside. A freshly prepared traditional Kerala lunch will be served onboard. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the deck, watching local life along the backwaters and capturing beautiful views. Alleppey to Cochin and drop
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Kochi, also known as Cochin, the Queen of the Arabian Sea. Begin your tour with a visit to the historic Fort Kochi, famous for its colonial charm and picturesque streets. Visit the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, one of the oldest fishing methods still in use. Continue to St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, and the beautiful Santa Cruz Basilica. Later, visit the historic Mattancherry Palace, known for its murals and royal artifacts, followed by a walk through the vibrant Jew Town and a visit to the historic Paradesi Synagogue. After complete cochin siteseeing you will be dropped at cochin airport & Railway Station to complete your journey.
