Arrival at Cochin. Then to Munnar. This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never ending vast expanse of tea plantations and round the year moderate climate makes it a little haven for visitors. On the way visit the very famous Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Morning proceed to Thekkady. By noon at Thekkady. Then proceed to Periyar lake around which the sanctuary is built, for boating (cost extra). This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing the wild life at close quarters from the safety of a boat. After breakfast proceeds to Alleppey. Check in at the houseboat at 01:00 PM. From 01:00 pm the houseboat takes a trip through the finest canals of Alleppey. All meals in Houseboat. 1. Start with Lunch, evening coffee/tea and Snack, dinner and next day breakfast. 2. Cruise time 1st day 12:00 PM to 05:30 PM with 1 Hr lunch break. 3. Next day from 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM. 4.
