Day 1 Munnar
Cochin to Munnar
After your arrival in Cochin, begin your scenic drive towards Munnar, a breathtaking hill station nestled in the Western Ghats of Kerala. En route, enjoy picturesque views of lush greenery, misty mountains, and winding roads. Stop at the beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, where cascading waters amidst dense forests make for a perfect photo opportunity. You will also visit a spice plantation, where you can explore and learn about Kerala’s famous spices such as cardamom, pepper, and cloves. Day 2 Munnar
Munnar Siteseeing
A full-day sightseeing tour in Munnar is an excellent way to explore its natural beauty and cultural attractions. The journey begins with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, famous for its lush green landscapes and the rare Nilgiri Tahr. The entry fee for the park is approximately ?200 for Indian adults and ?500 for foreign tourists, while children under 12 enjoy a discounted rate. Day 5 Guruvayur
Alleppey to Guruvayoor and Guruvayoor Stay
After breakfast Proceed to Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple for darshan, one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in Kerala, dedicated to Lord Krishna. After darshan, visit Mammiyoor Mahadeva Temple, located close to the main temple, which is considered an essential part of the Guruvayur pilgrimage. Later, explore Guruvayur Devaswom Elephant Sanctuary (Punnathur Kotta) to see the majestic temple elephants and learn about their care and training. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk around the temple surroundings and experience the spiritual atmosphere during deeparadhana (evening pooja). Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Guruvayur.
