Day 6 Munnar

After breakfast, you will drive to Munnar [135 kms / 4.5 hrs].
Munnar is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s Kerala state. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it's surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak.
On arrival in Munnar, you will check in at hotel. Rest day will be free for your own activities.

Day 7 Munnar

After breakfast you will visit Mattupetty Dam and Echo point. You can enjoy a speed boat ride at the artificial lake at Mattupetty
Later you will visit Eravikulam National Park: A sanctuary for the endangered mountain goat of South India, the Nilgiri Tahr. The Eravikulam National Park stands out for the stark beauty of its rolling grasslands and sholas, spread over 97 sq km in the Rajamalai hills. Anamudi, the highest peak (2695 m) south of the Himalayas, towers over the sanctuary in majestic pride. The slopes of the hills abound in all kinds of rare flora and fauna. The Atlas moth, the largest of its kind in the world, is a unique inhabitant of the park. Other rare species of fauna found here are the Nilgiri Langur, the lion-tailed macaque, leopards, tigers, etc.

After breakfast proceed to Cochin Airport, meet our representative/chauffeur and proceed for cochin sightseeing including Fort Cochin, Mattacherry island, Jewish synagogue and Chinese fishing net etc.
On reaching proceed for Cherai Beach is located in Cherai in the northern side of Vypin Island , a suburb of the city Kochi in the state of Kerala , India.
