Day by day

1. Day 1 Gangtok

   Arrival - Gangtok

   Arrival in NJP railway station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Our representative will meet you and transfer you to Gangtok (4-5 hrs drive). Evening Free for leisure activities.
   
   Note: River rafting can be added on this route. The flight arrival should be in morning. (optional tour)

2. Day 2 Gangtok

   Excursion to Changu Lake & New Baba Mandir

   Tour Start Time (7:30-8:30 am)
   After breakfast start for an excursion to Changu Lake (12,400 ft.) & New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms from Gangtok city. This serene lake is situated at an altitude of 12,000 ft on the Gangtok Nathu La highway. The lake is oval in shape, 15 meters deep and is considered sacred by the local people. It is also a home of brahminy ducks. It's cool, placid water harmonizes with the scenic beauty around. This placid lake remains frozen during the winter months up to mid-May.
   Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometres further and is an optional tour. Prior permission is required to visit Nathula Pass. Extra cost applies for extended tour to Nathula.
   Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall)/local Shopping at Gangtok.

3. Day 3 Gangtok

   Gangtok Local Sightseeing

   Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Ropeway, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

4. Day 4 Darjeeling

   Gangtok to Darjeeling Via Teesta

   Tour Start Time (8:30 am)
   After breakfast continue your travel to next destination –Darjeeling . On the way to Darjeeling enjoy River rafting, Teesta Rangeet view point, Teesta Bazar. Travel time is 4-5 hrs. Evening free for leisure activities.

5. Day 5 Darjeeling

   Darjeeling Sightseeing

   3 Points: 4am- 8am. Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around at 4 am) to morning view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather) on your way back visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery.
   7 Points: 9:30am-3:00pm. After Breakfast city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea Garden, Tenzing Rock, Ramakrishna Mission, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda .
   Evening free for other activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.

6. Day 6

   Return via Mirik Lake

   Return drive from Darjeeling to NJP or Bagdogra airport via Mirik Lake.
   Mirik lake is one the destination where the town is centered by man-made Sumendu Lake, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates.. The walk on the 3.5 Kms long promenade around the lake is fascination one. The 80ft long arch type over bridge across the lake is a beautiful place to explore the lake. Boating Facilities is available for tourist on direct payment basis.
   The drive of 3-4 hrs from Darjeeling to Mirik lake will be a wonderful adventure as it passes through the pine trees forest through its half of journey and remaining journey will be landscape by Tea Garden Estate. On way back guest can do shopping at Pushapati Market(Indo Nepal Border)
   
   Note: Entry of Vehicle to Pushapati Market is restricted. Hence, customers are requested to avail Nepal taxi on direct payment locally.
   
   Trip ends Darjeeling – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (100 kms / 3-4 hrs drive).
