Day 1 Gangtok
BAGDOGRA/NJP RAILWAY STATION- GANGTOK (125 KMS 4 HOURS APPROX)
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our driver who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok. On arrival check into the hotel and enjoy the day at leisure.
GANGTOK:
At an altitude of 1750 m, Gangtok became the state capital in the Mid 19th century and has undergone rapid development since then, the downtown area is dominated by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveller's delight.

Day 2 Gangtok
GANGTOK - ENCHANTING TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR
Breakfast at the hotel and full day excursion to Tsomgo Lake which is 35 Kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lake’s waters. Also visit New Baba Mandir. (Nathula Pass is Optional)

Day 3 Lachen
Gangtok – Lachen (107 kms / 6 hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel with limited luggage and proceed to Lachen (8,500 ft.), North Sikkim. On the way take a break for some beautiful spots which are worth seeing and visiting like Naga Waterfall, The Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) & Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachen check into your hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachen.

Day 4 Lachung
Lachen – Chopta Valley – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung
Early Morning drive to Chopta Valley (13,200 ft.) & Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.). Back to hotel. After lunch & drive to Lachung (8,700 ft.). Arrive by evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 5 Gangtok
Lachung – Yumthang Valley Excursion – Gangtok
Early Morning drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). On the way back . Back to resort for lunch and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On the way if the weather is clear you may get to see Mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik view point. On arrival at Gangtok check-in to your hotel. Rest of the evening free for your own activities. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 6 Darjeeling
Gangtok Half Day Sight Seeing – Darjeeling (100 kms / 4 hrs)
After breakfast tour covering Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery , Banjakhri Falls Handicraft Centre ,Cottage Industry after that proceeds to picturesque drive to Darjeeling . On arrival check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling .

Day 7 Darjeeling
DARJEELING FULL DAY SIGHT SEEING
Early morning visit Tiger Hill / Kanchenjunga View Point to see a beautiful sunrise and Himalayan Range like Kanchandzonga, Mount Everest etc. One can see the horizon changing colors just before sunrise and then the entire Himalayan range turn golden. It is truly a majestic sight and Ghoom Monastery which is oldest Monastery in the area which was built in 1875 and one can see the image of Mythey Buddha 15ft. height on the way back from Tiger Hill / Kanchenjunga View Point , visit Batasia Loop and transfer to hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute(closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park(closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock/ Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from outside), Japanese Peace Pagoda.
OVERNIGHT AT DARJEELING.
Note: Tiger hill pass / coupons subject to availability & it’s free of cost – It will be restricted to not more than 600 cab / day – Based on coupons given by Sadar traffic office only a day in advance. -
Day 8
DARJEELING – IXB BAGDOGRA AIRPORT/NJP RAILWAY STATION (92 KM 3 HOURS APPROX)
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra/NJP Railway Station in time for flight/train to onward destination.
NOTE:
The above mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm a similar category hotel. Confirmation of the same hotels depends on how shortly you book the package.

EXCLUSIONS:
· Air/Train Fare.
· Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage.
· Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
· Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
· Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides,road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
· Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
· Room Heater Charges.
. Nathula Pass is not included in the package.(Extra Cost).
. Zero Point is not included in the Package . (Extra Cost).

BRING THE BELOW MENTIONED PARTICULARS ON ARRIVAL:
1. Copies of the hotel vouchers which will be provided within 4-6 working days after confirming the package.
2. Any one of original valid ID proof and 4 Xerox copies of each person.
Note: Valid ID proof (Voter ID / Passport / Driving License)
PAN Card & Addhar Card is not acceptable. In case of child below 18 years bring Aadhar or Birth Certificate.
3. 4 Passport sized photographs of each person.
4. Rest of the amount to be paid on arrival. (Cash / By NEFT / DD)
ESSENTIALS:
Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses. Guests are advised to bring heavy woollen clothes if they are visiting Lachen and Lachung as these areas of Northern Sikkim remain very cold throughout the year.
PAYMENT:
30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package. Bookings will not be processed without advance payment. Rest of the payment must be cleared at the time of arrival, either in our office or our representatives will be there at NJP Rly Station / Bagdogra Airport / Phuentsholling to collect the payment. Only cash /Demand draft drawn in the favour of Yarokisawari Travels Siliguri will be accepted, Cheques will not be acceptable. In case payment is done through credit card 3% extra is chargeable. (No compromise on this) Kindly share your arrival details such as train /flight no etc. so that we can plan the schedule accordingly.
ABOUT TRANSPORT:
As there is a shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guests will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
In this sector the same vehicles will not be provided for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to avoid any circumstance.
If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if you want to do the
same next day then you have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
Kindly maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will be advisable by our executive.
PACKAGE POLICY:
The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Check in and Check out Timing of the Hotels will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company is neither responsible nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
TERMS & CONDITION:
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon the availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotels are not up to your expectations. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. is to be borne by you which is directly payable on the spot.
AMENDMENT:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
REFUND:
Refunds will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
*No refund will be made against any unused services, what so ever may be the reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax.
30 Days from The Date Of Booking: Only Communication Charges Rs.2000 Per Person.
30-15 Days Prior To Departure : 25% Of Tour Cost.
14-07 Days Prior To Departure : 50% Of Tour Cost.
07-03 Days Prior To Departure : 75% Of Tour Cost.
02 Days/ No Show : 100% Of Tour Cost.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
