1. Day 1 Shillong

   Guwahati – Shillong (ASSAM – MEGHALAYA)

   Arrive at Guwahati Airport and drive to Shillong (140 km / 4 hrs drive approx). En route visit Umiam Lake. Check-in Hotel and after refreshment if time permits, we visit Cathedral of Mary and Ward’s Lake, evening roam the Shillong famous Police Bazar on foot. Overnight in Shillong.

2. Day 2 Cherrapunji

   Shillong – Mawphlang Sacred Forest – Cherrapunjee (60 KM | 1.5 Hrs per Way)

   After breakfast check out hotel and visit Mawphlang Sacred Grove. It is one of the biggest Sacred Groves in Meghalaya. It is a well-preserved forest by the local community. Nothing can be taken out from the forest as this is being protected by the local deities. Later drive to Cherrapunjee. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

3. Day 3 Cherrapunji

   Cherrapunji

   Get up early today to enjoy the mesmerizing mornings of Cherrapunji. Visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, and Thangkharang Park. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

4. Day 4 Shillong

   Cherrapunjee – Mawlynnong - Dawki – Shillong (Meghalaya)

   After breakfast check out hotel and drive to Mawlynnong (90 km/3 hrs). Reach Mawlynnong and visit Mawlynnong village (The cleanest village in Asia, Mawlynnong, is a pleasant place where you can visit and unwind. The rains bring out the luscious greens of the trees and forests. The gorgeous green grasses do bring out the beauty of the village.), living root bridge.
   
   
   
   Note: It is advisable to carry packed lunch to Mawlynnong.
   
   
   
   After lunch drive to Dawki (35 km/1 ½ hrs) and boating at Umngot river – the crystal clear water river. Later drive back to Shillong (90 km/3 hrs). Check in hotel at Shillong. Overnight at Shillong.

5. Day 5

   Shillong – Guwahati (MEGHALAYA – ASSAM)

   After breakfast check out hotel and drive to Guwahati (110 Kms / 3 ½ hrs drive). Check in hotel. Later visit Kamakhya temple - considered the most sacred and oldest of the 51 Shakti peethas on earth. And transfer to Guwahati airport or Railway station.
