Day 1 Tezpur
Gwahati - Tezpur / Bhalukpong
Welcome to Guwahati – the gateway to Northeast India. Upon your arrival, our representative will warmly greet you and assist you with your journey. After the meet and greet, begin your scenic drive towards Tezpur, a beautiful town located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River.
En route, visit the famous Mahamrityunjay Temple at Nagaon, home to the world’s tallest Shiva Lingam standing at approximately 126 feet. The temple is known for its peaceful atmosphere, magnificent architecture, and spiritual significance. Spend some time exploring the temple complex, enjoying the panoramic surroundings, and seeking blessings from Lord Shiva.
Continue your drive through the lush green landscapes and charming countryside of Assam before reaching Tezpur. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Evening free for leisure.

Day 2 Dirang
Tezpur -Dirang
After Breakfast, drive towards Dirang through the breathtaking Himalayan mountain roads of Arunachal Pradesh. Enjoy the scenic journey surrounded by lush green hills, deep valleys, flowing rivers, and beautiful landscapes throughout the route.
En route, visit the peaceful Dud Dul Gompa Monastery, a serene Buddhist monastery offering spiritual vibes and panoramic mountain views. Continue your drive through the picturesque Tenga Valley, well known for its army cantonment area, pine forests, and beautiful river-side scenery.
Experience the charm of the traditional Hanging Bridge built across the river, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning natural surroundings while taking memorable photographs.
Upon arrival in Dirang, check in to your hotel and relax amidst the peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful Himalayan town, famous for its apple orchards, monasteries, and hot water springs.

Day 3 Tawang
Dirang -Tawang
Visit Sela Pass (13,700 ft) – After breakfast, continue your scenic journey towards Tawang via the breathtaking Sela Pass, one of the highest motorable mountain passes in India located at an altitude of 13,700 ft. Enjoy spectacular views of snow-covered mountains, frozen lakes, winding roads, and colorful prayer flags fluttering across the Himalayan landscape. During winter, the entire area often remains covered in snow, creating a magical experience for travelers.
Explore Sela Lake – Stop at the beautiful Sela Lake, also known as Paradise Lake, situated near the pass. Surrounded by majestic mountains and crystal-clear waters, the lake offers a peaceful atmosphere and excellent photography opportunities. The serene beauty and cold mountain breeze make this one of the most memorable spots of the Arunachal Pradesh tour.
Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial – En route, visit the famous Jaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to the brave Indian soldier Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat who showed extraordinary courage during the 1962 Indo-China War. Learn about the heroic history of the region and pay tribute to the soldiers who protected the nation in extreme Himalayan conditions.

Day 4 Tawang
Tawang -Local
After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the famous Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India and one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in Asia. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the monastery offers peaceful surroundings, ancient Buddhist scriptures, giant Buddha statues, and stunning panoramic views of Tawang town.
Later, visit the historic Tawang War Memorial, dedicated to the brave Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the 1962 Indo-China War. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and learn about the history and bravery of the Indian Army.
Continue to Urgeling Monastery, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama. This serene monastery is known for its spiritual significance and traditional Tibetan architecture.
In the evening, enjoy free time exploring the local market of Tawang. You can shop for traditional handicrafts, woolen clothes, Buddhist prayer items, and local souvenirs while experiencing the local culture and lifestyle.

Day 5 Tawang
Tawang -Bumla Pass
After an early breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to the high-altitude Bum La Pass, located near the Indo-China border at around 15,200 ft above sea level. The route offers breathtaking mountain landscapes, snow-covered surroundings (seasonal), and a memorable border experience with the Indian Army.
En route, visit the stunning Sangestar Lake, popularly known as Madhuri Lake after the Bollywood movie Koyla was shot here. The lake is surrounded by dramatic mountains and partially submerged tree trunks, creating a magical landscape.
Also visit the beautiful high-altitude Pankang Teng Tso Lake (PT Tso Lake), famous for its crystal-clear water and peaceful natural beauty.
After sightseeing, return to Tawang by evening.

Visit to Bum La Pass requires a separate local vehicle from Tawang as per local administration rules. The additional cost for the Bum La vehicle is approximately ?5,500 extra, which is not included in the package cost.

Day 6 Dirang
Tawang -Bomdila
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your scenic drive from Tawang to Bomdila. Enjoy the beautiful journey through the Eastern Himalayan landscapes surrounded by majestic mountains, Jung Waterfalls, rivers, dense forests, and picturesque valleys.

Bomdila -Guwahati
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey towards Guwahati. Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful Himalayan foothills, green valleys, rivers, and dense forest landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh.
En route, visit the charming hill village of Shergaon, known for its peaceful atmosphere, traditional Monpa culture, apple orchards, and beautiful mountain surroundings. The village offers a refreshing experience amidst untouched natural beauty.
Further continue your drive along the picturesque route near the Bhutan Border area, enjoying mesmerizing views of hills, tea gardens, and border town landscapes.
After a comfortable drive, reach Guwahati and proceed for drop at Airport / Railway Station as per your departure schedule.
