Day 1: Arrive at Cochin
On your arrival at Cochin international Airport/ Railway station, meet our executive to Welcome & receive you. Later you will be taken to your hotel at Cochin and after some leisure go for sightseeing at Historical Fort Cochin which has a rich heritage and strong historical relationship with English, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabs, Chinese etc. You can visit Dutch Palace, Asia’s best preserved Synagogue, Chinese fish nets, Sea mouth, Beach Walkway,etc. After some fun, reach the hotel and have an overnight stay.
Day 2: Cochin-Munnar (130 kms/4 to 5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Munnar hills (130 Kms), the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. Check in your hill resort and afternoon at leisure/ you can go to visit Munnar town and nearby places & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Sightseeing in Munnar
Explore Eravikulam National Park, home to various elusive and endangered species. It is a great place to enjoy trekking and offers mind-blowing views of the tea plantations. Later, proceed towards Tea Museum (closed on Monday), which gives an insight to the history of tea plantations of this region. Later visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Flower Garden. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Munnar – Thekkady (100 km / approx 3-4 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Thekkady (Periyar) and on arrival check-in at the hotel. Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Periyar. Set high in the ranges of the Western Ghats in Kerala, is the Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve. Periyar wildlife sanctuary has a picturesque lake at the heart of the sanctuary. Herds of playful wild elephants have made Periyar Lake their favorite haunt for frolicking in the water. They can be witnessed bathing and swimming here. Enjoy a boat ride on the lake to view the wildlife at close quarters. Other inhabitants of Periyar include the leopard, wild dog, barking deer, mouse deer, Nilgiri langur, bonnet macaque, sambhar, porcupines, squirrels, gaur (Indian bison), wild boar and sloth bear. Later, take a spice plantation tour. The aroma and pleasant ambiance of the spice and tea plantations of Periyar are fascinating. Spices found in Thekkady include pepper, clove, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, vanilla and curry leaves. In evening, watch traditional Kalaripayattu show. (Optional) - You can also enjoy an elephant ride in Periyar. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5: Explore Thekkady
After breakfast, visit the local market and some other interesting places by your own. Reach the hotel and spend some quality time in hotel in evening and have an overnight stay
Day 6: Thekkady - Alleppey (140 km / approx 4 to 5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the resort and transfers to Alleppey. Arrive Alleppey and rest into the hotel. In the evening across for sunset cruise in the Vembanad Lake (optionally available - at your value). Additionally, visit Alleppey seaside and also purchasing in a single day stay at the resort. The fascinating place is a favorite among wanderers, nature lovers, and trekking enthusiast. For the rejuvenating experience, indulge in Ayurvedic massage. Day 8: Kumarakom- Kovalam (4 to 5 hours/180 km approx)
After breakfast, head to Kovalam, which is a scenic beauty destination. Kovalam is considered as the best beach destination in Kerala and lures thousands of travelers in an across India. Don’t forget to explore the Lighthouse Beach which is the main beach in Kovalam characterized by a tall 35-meter Lighthouse. It is among the most popular tourist attractions. Overnight live at the lodge in Kovalam.
Day 9: Explore Kovalam
After breakfast, visit local market, famous beaches and historical monuments by your own. You can go for scuba diving also. After some fun reach the hotel and have an overnight stay.
Day 10: Kovalam to Kanyakumari (3-4 hours/90 km approx)
Kanyakumari is the southernmost tip of the Indian Peninsula and the meeting point of three seas, namely the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean. En route you should never miss the Padmanabhapuram Palace, the largest wooden palace in the World and the magnificent Sucheendram Temple, where the Trinities are worshiped. At Kanyakumari, you can visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Kanyakumari Devi Temple.
Day 11: Kanyakumari to Cochin Airport ( 8-9 hours/340 km approx)
