Accessibility: Tourists can easily access Hogenakkal Falls from both Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The nearest town on the Tamil Nadu side is Hogenakkal itself, while the closest town on the Karnataka side is Denkanikottai. Visitors can reach the falls by road from either state and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the cascading waters.
So, is Hogenakkal in Tamil Nadu or Karnataka? The answer is that while a part of the falls lies in Karnataka, administratively and geographically, Hogenakkal is predominantly located in Tamil Nadu.
