Day 1: Arrival - Srinagar

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by the representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. From the airport it is a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city. The drive takes you past the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jehlum river, snaking its way towards the North-Western frontier of Kashmir. Arrive and check-in at the hotel . The rest of the day will be at your leisure for individual activities. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar - Local Sight Seen - Srinagar

Morning after breakfast local sightseeing of Srinagar which includes the Mughal Gardens, visiting Nishat Bagh built by Asaf Khan, the brother -in- law of Jehangir in 1632 AD and Shalimar Bagh built by Jehangir for his wife empress Nur Jahan. Built in between a period of 14 years. The two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. All the gardens are situated on the banks of the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. The afternoon will be at your leisure for individual activities. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 3: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

Morning after breakfast process for the full day trip for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The drive past colourful villages and rice fields gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometres to Gulmarg. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region. Enjoy the Gondola cable car system and ascend towards the Afarwatt mountain range.Overnight stay at Gulmarg Hotel

Day 4: In Gulmarg

The morning after breakfast enjoy a full day of New Year party In Gulmarg. The 8 minutes of ropeway will take you past colourful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. Night halt at the hotel.

Day 5: Gulmarg - Pahalgam

Morning after breakfast drive towards Pahalgam the 'valley of shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag Lake. En route visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. On arrival into Pahalgam enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaren, which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers good view. Night halt at Hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 6: in Pahalgam

Day 7: Pahalgam - Srinagar Local

Morning after breakfast proceed towards Srinagar and do a visit to old city visiting Hari Parbhat , Badamwari , old city bridges and great architectural work of Jama Masjid and then return to Srinagar hotel for overnight stay.

Day 8: Srinagar - Yusmarg - Srinagar

After breakfast we will drive to Yusmarg. The distance of 57 kms will be covered in about 2 hours. The drive to Yusmarg is an enjoyment in itself. Grassy pastures stretching to acres of land, the dense forests full of pine trees, with the backdrop of splendid snow capped mountains leave you almost speechless. Later drive back to Srinagar. Overnight in hotel .

Day 9: Srinagar - Manasbal Lake trip - Srinagar

After breakfast, drive to Manasbal Lake. The lake is paradise for bird watchers. This lake is surrounded by three villages Jarokbal, Kondabal and Gratbal. The beautiful lotuses blossom by the lakeside during July and August adds to the beauty of clear waters. Also visit Kheer Bhawani Temple. Later drive back to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 10: Srinagar -Doodipathri- Srinagar

Doodhpathri lies in a bowl shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 2,730 m (8,957 ft) above sea level. It is an alpine valley covered with snow clad mountains and the meadows of Pine Fir and Deodar. The natural meadows, Tangnar:This place comes on the way 2 km before doodpathri,it is a beautiful place of small valleys with deaodar and pine trees on small hills.Mujpathri:Mujpathri (translation;Valley of Turnip) is a small hamlet 3 km from doodpathri,it is situated on the bank of river shaliganga.Palmaidan:Palmaidan (Translation;Big stones ground) the name of this place is after the "Big Stones" because there are huge stones all around the ground.It situated at a distance of about 5 km from doodpathri and is the favorite spot of shepherds and cowboys where shepherds and cowboys gather in large numbers in summer and graze their cattle and livestock.It is beautiful place with a small stream running on one side of the ground.The place is rich in deodar and pine trees. Trek by poni walas (at your own cost). .Later on drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
