Day 1: On Arrival Srinagar – Local sightseeing

Enjoy the flight into Srinagar, on your arrival at the Sheikh ul - Alam International Airport , Srinagar ; you will be greeted by our representative who will guide you to your transfer to your hotel for check in . In the afternoon visit to world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) Tulip Garden and Shankryachary Temple. In the evening return to houseboat . Enjoy Shikara Ride on Dal lake . Overnight stay at Houseboat In Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (56 kilometers / 2-3 hrsdrive )

After breakfast , transfer to Gulmarg for a daytrip via Tangmarg , Enroute Apple Orchards , Cherry Orchards and Strawberry fields , Full day Gulmarg enjoy the splendor of nature and snow laden mountains.. In Gulmarg visit Khailanmarg and take a ride world’s highest golf score of Gandola Ride ( Cable Car ). Return to Srinagar in the evening after enjoying your day. In the Evening return back to the Srinagar Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 3: Srinagar- Kargil (201 km/ 5-6 hrs )

After an early check –out , proceed to kargil via Srinagar Leh Highway . Enjoy a short halt at Sonmarg ( known as gateway to Ladakh & the Meadow of Gold ) to admire the views . One can enjoy a pony ride to Thajiwas glacier . Notice the gradual change in the colours of the mountains as your travels to Kargil Cross the Zojila pass & drass region . Visit the zojila war memorial & Kargil War memorials on the way to pay tribute to theindian Army . It was in this very region in which the Indian Army fought and won the famous war of Kargil . Take some memorials snaps of Toloing , Tiger Hill and the war memorial in drass . Overnight stay in Kargil .

Day 4: Kargil – leh via Lamayuru (217 Kms/ 7- 8 hrs)

After morning breakfast depart from Kargil to Leh en-route visiting, You can have your mid day meal somewhere mid of your journey. Enjoy sightseeing with Hall of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar River. After visiting above places we drive back to Leh enroute visiting Spituk Monastery, Built in 15th century during the reign of Grags ‘bum-lde, these new Gelug-pa monastery was built like fortress on the summit of crags. You will reach Leh by late evening; check in your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Leh (Full day monasteries tour) and Half Day City Tour

After breakfast take a full day excursion to renowned monasteries of Ladakh region. Visit Thiksey monastery, Hemis monastery which is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back to Leh visit Shey Palace , Stok Palace and 3 Idiot Fame Rancho School. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh .

Day 6: Leh - Nubra Valley (120 kms / 5 hrs)

After an early breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley crossing Khardung-la-pass - the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 ft. Nubra Valley is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram range and Ladakh range of the Himalayas. On the way visit Diskit Monastery . . On the way proceed towards for Panamik and Sumur .. Sumur has a Samstanling monastery to check out nearby . Panamik has hot water springs and a sacred Yarab Tso lake . Check in at the camp and later Evening visit the Sand Dunes. Here you can enjoy a camel ride on the Bactrian camel which is known for its double hump (at own cost). If you like you can also attend a cultural show where the locals display their folk dance (at own cost). Return back to the camp for dinner.

Day 7: Nubra Valley - Turtuk - Nubra Valley

After an early breakfast, proceed to Turtuk (A village that was won by India in the 1971 war with Pakistan) and extremely close to the border. Visit a 16th Century Mosque, (comprising of a touch of Turkish & Iranian culture), ruined fort of Dhards and Monastery. Admire the magnificent view of the famous K2 peak (The second highest peak in the world after Mount Everest). Later back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 8: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake ( 115 km / 5-6 hrs )

Leave early Morning towards Pangong Lake via Shyok the route taken to Nubra Valley - Agham - Shyok Village - Durbuk- Tangste - PangongTso (Lukung).This route is little tough and very much dependent upon weather on a particular day, just in case it is not operational on the day you are supposed to take this journey, we would use the alternate route via Leh city (longer but safer). Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m) is a long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly 6to 7 kilometers at its widest point and over 130km in length. It is bisected by the international border between India and China. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the lake, one rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable day trip. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Pangong Lake - Leh (145 kms / 5 hrs)
