8 Nights 9 Days Lachung Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri to Gangtok
Meet and assist on arrival at New jalpaiguri Railway Station and proceed straight to Gangtok by Car. Arrive Gangtok and check in at Hotel. Night stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion
After breakfast Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir tour. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachen
After breakfast drive to Lachen (9,400 ft, 118 km). On the way, we will visit the Seven Sister Waterfalls. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant on the way. Check in at the hotel in the late afternoon. An overnight stay at the hotel in Lachen.
Day 4: Lachen to Gurudongmer Lake
Early morning drive towards Gurudongmar Lake (17,000ft). Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest situated lakes in North Sikkim. The altitude here is may cause breathing problem so be careful. Later return back to the hotel and leave for Lachung. Enjoy an overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 5: Visit Yumthang & Back Gangtok
After breakfast in the morning, proceed to Yumthang Valley which is also known as the Valley of Flowers (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts / 25 Kms / 1 ½ hours one way). Later return back to hotel & leave for Gangtok. An overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 6: Gangtok Sightseeing
After breakfast Gangtok sightseeing (Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tak, Flower Garden, Bonjakhri Waterfalls etc.). Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 7: Gangtok to Darjeeling
After breakfast proceed for Darjeeling. Arrive Darjeeling & Check in hotel. Rest of the day leisure at hotel. Overnight stay in hotel at Darjeeling.
Day 8: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill to enjoy sunrise. After breakfast Darjeeling sightseeing. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 9: Departure
In time check out from hotel & drop to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. Tour End.
