Day 1: Arrive at Srinagar, Explore City tour
Arrive at Srinagar Airport , Meet our driver / Representative waiting for you outside the airport . Meet & greet , Then Visit to Cheshma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar collectively known as the Mughal Gardens are contribution of the great Mughal laid out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view entire City, along with famous Dal-lake & river Jehlum, enroute visiting handloom centre famous for production of pashmina / Shahtoos shawls & world over reckoned carpets. In evening head towards your houseboat, check in the houseboat for overnight stay
Day 2: Day trip to Sonamarg (3-4 hrs. Journey)
Wake up lazy morning. After breakfast and some leisure, drive your way to Sonmarg in your private vehicle. Visit the Thajiwas Glacier and the surrounding waterfalls followed by River Sindh, Vishansar, Kishansar and Zojila Pass. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg
After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 km to Gulmarg. You can go for Gondola ride in Gulmarg. A Gondola ride up to 1st Phase Kangdoori or up to 2nd Phase Affarvat can give you a view of the snowcapped mountains. This can be arranged in advance on direct payment basis or you can book it online here - gulmarggondola.com/gondola_tickets.php Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feet and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (Gondola) for mountain ride up to Khilang marg. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Gulmarg to Pahalgam (152 kilometers / 4-5 hrs drive)-
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar & drop at Srinagar airport.
In morning after breakfast check out the hotel and then visit Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows (at your own cost). After sightseeing, we will drive back to Srinagar and transfer to Srinagar airport and then get back to home with sweet memories. END OF THE TRIP
