Day 5: MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY (ROHTANG PASS NOT INCLUDED) (55 KMS)
Today morning after breakfast drive to visit Solang Nala (Valley) drives its name from combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nullah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sports most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing.On the road to Rohtang is the Nehru Kund (6 km) which is a clear water spring scenic spot named after the Late Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru.
Day 6: MANALI – DHARAMSHALA (270 KM 8-9 HOURS)
Today After having breakfast check out from the hotel and then depart for Dharamshala (240 k.m. 9 hr. Journey) enroute visit Palampur tea garden Check in to Hotel and overnight stay. Dharmshala This is a hill station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 17 kms north- east of Kangra town. This hill station is wooded with oak and conifer trees and snow capped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. The snowline is perhaps more easily accessible at Dharamshala than at any other hill resort and it is possible to make a day's trek to a snow-point after an early morning's start.
