6 Nights 7 Days Katra Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar Airport– Srinagar Local Sightseeing
On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jehlum river. After Reaching at Srinagar proceed for a city tour that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. We will explore the gardens and later drive to the Shikara Ride for one hour in the Famous Dal Lake .. Dinner and Overnight in Houseboat.
Day 2: Sonmarg Day Trip
After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg. Cross the town of Kangan, Mammar, Gagangir. Once you reach Sonamarg, take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajwass glacier. After return, visit the small town market. Drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to the Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg
Today after breakfast we go to Gulmarg on the way touring Apple Orchards, Cherry Orchards, and Strawberry fields or make the most of your day by gondola ride ( On Your Own Expenses) by playing golf on the planet’s most astounding fairway overnight in Hotel at Gulmarg.
Day 4: Gulmarg to Pahalgam
After Breakfast proceed To Pahalgam on the way locate has seen visit Awantipora Ruins, Saffron Fields. In Pahalgam you can visit: – Betaab Valley is a wonderful valley with a rivulet which streams amidst the valley, it got its name from the Indian Film ‘Beetab’ which was shot there. A neighborhood taxi must be contracted for Aru and Beetab Valley ( On Your Own Expenses) .Overnight remain in Hotel at Pahalgam.
Day 5: Pahalgham to Katra
After Breakfast in Pahalgam , we will transfer you for Katra Via Nasheri Tunnel . Over Night stay in Katra .
Day 6: Vaishno Devi Darshan
Morning after breakfast trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine (12kms), Take the Helicopter for the Shrine ( at our own Expenses ). Ponies can also be arranged by self for the trek, return back to Katra late in evening/night, dinner and overnight stay at Katra. Mata Vaishno Devi temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the second most visited religious shrine in India after Tirupati Balaji Temple.
Day 7: Katra / Jammu Railway Station Departure
After your Breakfast you will Transfer to Jammu/Katra Railway Station for Departure
