9 Nights 10 Days Katra Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: ARRIVAL AT KATRA
Today you will reach the Srinagar Airport .Our representative will meet you and take you to TOWARDS KATRA.
Day 2: KATRA DARSAHAN
This morning, you begin with your trek to the holy shrine, Vaishno Devi. Vaishno Devi is considered the Mother Goddess or Maa Durga. A number of devotees visit this holy shrine from all across the world. The distance from Katra to Bhawan is 13 km and the way to reach there is steep. To reach the Bhawan, options like helicopter, ponies and palanquins are available. On reaching the Vaishno Devi Bhawan, seek the blessings of Maa Vaishno who is present there in the form of pindis inside the holy cave. After that, head back to Katra and start trekking. When you reach Katra, late in the night, get back to the hotel and have a comfortable stay at night.
Day 3: KATRA -PAHALGAM
Today Our representative will meet you at Katra Station(294 Kms away from Srinagar) and take you towards the Srinagar hotel .On the way you will see the beautiful greenery,Apple orchirds ,Awantiporum Ruins ,Bat Factories . Dinner and overnight in the hotel in PAHALGAM
Day 4: DAY 3:PAHALGAM
After breakfast you can visit some other additional trips like Aru Valley ,Betaab Valley, Chandanwari where you can visit via local cab.Full day excursion in Pahalgam .Dinner and overnight in Pahalgam
Day 5: PAHALGAM-SRINAGAR
Today you will visit some other additional trips like Aru Valley ,Betaab Valley, Chandanwari where you can visit via local cab.Full day excursion in Pahalgam and in the evening move back towards Srinagar. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Srinagar .
Day 6: SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHT SEING
.Our representative will meet you and take you to the hotel .After check- in and freshen up, you will leave for the local sight seeing to the Shankarachariya temple Mughal Gardens (Nishat bagh , Shalimar Bagh ,Botanical garden, Cheshmashahi, Tulip Garden, Pari Mahal).Dinner and overnight in the hotel in Srinagar .
Day 7: SRINAGAR-SONAMARG-SRINAGAR
After breakfast, you will leave for Sonamarg (about 79 kms away from Srinagar). Sonamarg is Known as “the Gateway of Ladakhâ€. From about 10 to 12 kms away from Sonamarg ,There are some additional trips like Zero point ,Fish Point, , Zojila Pass and Baltal via local cab and Thajwa Glacier via horse riding . Evening back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar Hotel.
Day 8: SRINAGAR MANAZBAL
After breakfast proceed to Manasbal Located at a distance of just around 30 kms away from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, the Manasbal Lake is considered to be a “gem†among all the lakes of Jammu and Kashmir. Known as the deepest lake of Kashmir as well as the lake which offers the most secured ice formation amongst the lakes of Kashmir during the summer months. You can also visit Wular lake and Kheer bhawani . In the evening return to Srinagar for a comfortable overnight stay in hotel
Day 9: SRINAGAR DOODPATRI SRINAGAR
After breakfast,you will leave for Doodhpathri( about 49 kms away from Srinagar).Doodhpathri is famous valley of milk .River is flowing across the green meadows and is wonderful place with green meadows . Evening back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar in Houseboat
Day 10: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport to catch the flight.
