Day 1: Arrival Kochi- Transfer
Welcome to Kerala "God's Own Country." Our rep will receive you from Kochi Airport / Railway Station and then transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Later proceed for half-day sightseeing tour of Kochi, formerly called Cochin. Kochi is longing called the Queen of Arabian Sea. Major attractions that will fascinate you are Mattancherry Dutch Palace, St Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Synagogue, Jew Town, Hill Palace Museum, Bolgatty Islands & Museum, Chinese Fishing Nets, etc. Overnight stay will be at the hotel
Day 2: Cochin-Munnar
Post breakfast, you'll proceed to Munnar, a hill station surrounded by lush green hills. This breathtakingly beautiful place will immediately soothe your senses and invite you to a tranquil stay, making this an idyllic destination for you. En route, you can also take a stop at the Cheeyappara waterfalls take in the colourful blooms at Blossom Garden. Once you reach Munnar, check in at the hotel and enjoy the comforts of your room. Explore the rest of the day amidst nature. Spend a comfortable night at the Hotel.
Day 3: Sightseeing in Munnar
After a relaxing overnight stay, start your day and leave the hotel for a sightseeing tour of Munnar. From undulating hills to expansive tea estates, Munnar has a lot in store for tourists. This serene hill station is bestowed with diverse landscapes marked by enchanting waterfalls, gushing streams, rich biodiversity and lush greenery. Start your sojourn by admiring the breathtaking beauty of the Nyayamakad Waterfalls.Later, undertake an excursion to the Eravikulam National Park, where you can see several rare species of fauna and flora, such as the Mountain Goat and Neelakurinji, respectively. Later, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Munnar–Thekkady
Fill your belly with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, and then drive to Thekkady, which is famous for its wildlife sanctuary, hill stations and spice plantation. Reach & check-in at the hotel and relax for a while enjoying the comforts of your room. Later, you will visit the Periyar National Park that is the biggest attraction of Thekkady. Enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake to see the wildlife attractions of the park. You may see wild animals like elephants, tigers, Nilgiri langurs, deer, wild bison, wild boar, sambars, leopards, etc. Thekkady also offers you multiple wonderful activities such as an elephant ride, bamboo rafting and trekking. You can also make a visit to the renowned spice plantation. Spend a blissful night at the hotel after a delicious dinner.
Day 5: Drive from Thekkady to Alleppey / Kumarakom
After breakfast, depart for Alleppey / Kumarakom by road (Approx: 155 km / 4 hrs). On arrival, check into the houseboat and spend the day at leisure. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy lunch, evening tea/coffee with snacks and dinner on it. Stay overnight on the houseboat.
Day 6: Departure
Post breakfast, check out at 9.00 am. From here, you will be transferred to the Kochi airport/railway station based on the timings of your flight or train. Leave Kerala with sweet memories of your vacation.
