8 Nights 9 Days Thekkady Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Day 1 : On arrival in Cochin
On arrival in Cochin/Ernakulam, our representative will welcome & pickup you from Airport/Railway Station and transfer to the hotel, later visit:- Dutch palace, Jewish synagogue, Jew Street, St Francis church, Chinese fishing nets, Spice markets, Marine drive etc. Later back to the hotel and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2: Cochin to Munnar
After breakfast check out and start to Munnar, which is approximately 4 hour, drive from Cochin. Arrive at the resort by afternoon check in and relax for the rest of the day or is optional to visit Pallivasal waterfalls and Blossom Park
Day 3: Munnar City Tours
After breakfast proceed to visit:- Tea estates, Spice plantations, Echo point, Mattupetty/ Kundala dam, Boat riding, Honey tree, etc and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Thekkady, and check in to the hotel, later proceeds for local sightseeing like boat ride through Periyar Lake, where you can watch wild life and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 5: Thakkady to Alleppey house boat
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Alleppey and check in to the hotel and later enjoy the sightseeing of Alleppey like Mullakkal temple, church, beach etc. After visit overnight stay in Alleppey house boat
Day 6: Alleppey House Boat to Kovalam
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kovalam and check in at resort. At the evenings visit to Kovalam beach, one of the finest beaches of India. After the sunset, overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 7: Kovalam to Trivandrum
After breakfast Day trip to Trivandrum like visiting Zoo, Musueam, Shankumukham beach, Planetarium, art gallery, Padmanabhapuram temple etc. and overnight stay in Hotel
Day 8: Kovalam to Kanyakumari
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kanyakumari, check in the hotel, later visit:- Padmanabhapuram Palace and Suchindram Temple on the way Kanyakumari is famous for Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Mahatma Gandhi memorial and Thiruvalluvar Statue. Enjoy boat trips, beach and visit to the memorial.
