5 Nights 6 Days Munnar Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Cochin to Munnar(140km/4.5hrs)
On your arrival at Cochin international Airport/ Railway station, meet our executive to Welcome & receive you. Later drive to Munnar hills (130 kms), the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. On the way to Munnar you can enjoy the lovely scenery of Cheeyappara as well as Valara Waterfalls. Check in your hill resort and after noon at leisure/ you can go to visit Munnar town and nearby places & Overnight stay.
Day 2: Munnar sight seeing
Today after breakfast, go for sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam; a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar, Kundala Lake- a natural lake with recreational facilities like boating and having excellent view of Western Ghats as well as the forest surrounded with, TATA Tea Museum, Blossom Park, Hydel Park etc. Also visit Eco point and tea plantations. After noon you can visit Eravikulam National park; where the endangering Nilgiri Tahr is conserved. Later drive back to your resort for Overnight stay.
Day 3: MUNNAR TO THEKKADY
• Sightseeing destinations include Periyar wild life sanctuary where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more, Mullaperiyar dam (you can watch all these only while doing boating in the Lake) and spice plantations tour where one can shop exotic spices • In the evening you can watch martial arts, kathakali, elephant ride, elephant bath, tribal dance, musical fountain and can go for ayurveda massages (all are optional activities with separate entrance fees) • Overnight stay at Thekkady
Day 4: THEKKADY TO ALLEPPEY
After breakfast Check out your resort and drive towards Alleppey(50 kms); also known as Venice of the east by its special geographical features as the place is famous for its vast back water stretches and paddy fields. You can visit Alleppey beach and light house today and have leisure in the back water resort. Overnight stay at House Boat.
Day 5: ALLEPPEY TO COCHIN
Drive to Fort Cochi beach, the best picnic spot nearby Cochin city. Enjoy the sandy beach and sunlight of Fort Cochi. The prime attraction of the Fort Cochi is the place is surrounded by backwaters and beach together, so the fun and peaceful atmosphere is guaranteed. You can swim in the sea, take sun bath, and enjoy a colorful sunset in the evening. Overnight stay.
Day 6: COCHIN SIGHT SEEING AND DROP
Today before noon, check out the resort and you will be taken to Cochin International Airport/ Railway station for return drops off • Our representative will leave you at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and will do necessary support there • Drive back to your hometown with the sweet memories of Kerala trip *For all the packages rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar as they are cold places **Rate can be changed if date changes **Child above 6 years consider as adult
