5 Nights 6 Days Pelling Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: PICK UP FROM NJP RLY. STN. / IXB AIRPORT – GANGTOK.
Assistance at the airport/railway station on arrival and drive to Gangtok. At an altitude of 1750m, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid 19th century and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a travellers delight. Overnight at hotel.Â
Day 2: EXCURSION TRIP TO TSOMGO LAKE AND BABA MANDIR.
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. THE NATHULA PASS IS OPTIONAL TOUR & IT IS EXTRA CHARGEABLE. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)
Day 3: FULL DAY GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast at hotel you will depart for city tour of Gangtok. Full day sight seeing which includes Ropeway, Gunjan Monastery, Namnang View Point, Ganesh Tock, Tashi View Point, Banjhankari Waterfalls, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 4: TRANSFER TO PELLING FROM GANGTOK
After breakfast transfer to pelling crossing scenic road , upon arrival check in at hotel overnight stay at Pelling ,.
Day 5: PELLING FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING
