Place Vendôme Qatar is an upcoming luxury mixed-use development located in the new city of Lusail, just north of the capital, Doha. Drawing inspiration from its Parisian namesake, the Place Vendôme in Paris, this Qatari version aims to provide a similar blend of luxury and elegance. This sprawling development covers 1 million square meters and features a combination of retail, entertainment, and hospitality. It includes a high-end shopping mall with over 500 retail outlets, two five-star hotels, and serviced apartments. The architecture reflects a sophisticated French-European style, and the complex is built around a central open plaza which is expected to host events and provide a social hub for visitors and residents. A canal runs through the property, adding to the luxurious atmosphere and offering scenic water views. Place Vendôme Qatar is designed to be an iconic landmark and is part of the country’s larger plan to diversify its economy and develop tourism and retail sectors in preparation for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and beyond.
