Day 3: Shimla To Manali (Kullu)

Morning after breakfast , check out from Hotel and proceed to Manali, via Kullu, Keep your cameras ready, there are many scenic spots as you pass by Kullu valley, Beas river, Dashehra maidan etc. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Evening is free to explore various scenic sights or visit mall road. Night stay in Manali. About Kullu Kullu (1220m) was once known as Kulanthapitha - the end of the habitable world. Beyond rose the forbidding heights of the Greater Himalaya, and by the banks of the shining river Beas lay the fabled Silver Valley. Kullu got its first motorable access only after independence. The long centuries of seclusion have however allowed the area to retain considerable measures of its traditional charm. This wealth nestles by every tree in the splendid forests, bursts forth in the blooms and in the fruit of every orchard. Day 4: Manali City tour

In morning, after breakfast and some leisure, head to take a tour of the local market of Manali. Explore the Manali main market just so that you don’t miss out on the mall road experience which every tourist craves for. Visit the old Hidimba temple and take the Yak ride if you want to. Day 5: Head to Jispa (140 Kms) 4 hrs 30 min drive

After breakfast and some leisure, gear up and begin your journey to the roof of the world. You travel by a private cab and make your first stop on the way, at Rohtang Pass. There are a lot of recreational activities like Paragliding, ATV ride, Skiing, snow-scooter ride, you can get your hands on. Now continue your journey to Jispa where you stay overnight. You are requested to take rest for high altitude acclimatization.

Day 6: Jispa – Leh (335 kms) 9 hrs drive

In morning after breakfast, drive to Leh. On the route enjoy viewing the Deepak Tal, Suraj Tal, Sarchu Lahchungla, Morey Plains, etc. Reach Leh by evening and enjoy the breathtaking beauty around. Check into the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7: Monasteries and Palaces

Today is the day for cultural immersion in and around Leh. Sightseeing will include visit to Thiskey Gompa, one of the most breathtaking monasteries in Ladakh. We would also vist Shey Palace in the vicinity and later visit Druk Rancho School. After that we'd go Hemis which hosts one of the most well-known festivals in Ladakh. After visiting the monasteries we will drive to Stok Palace Museum which showcases royal artefacts and paraphernalia. The Druk White Lotus School Rancho School The school appeared in the famous movie 3 IDIOTS. Later you may also indulge in a little photo shoot if you get a chance to witnthe blessed the sunset in the leh.

Day 8: Leh – Enroute Khardungla – Nubra Valley ( 230 k.m, 5-6 hrs journey )

Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. Arrive Nubra and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (On Own). Later if time permits visit Hunder and check in at Deluxe Camp. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the camp. KHARDUNGLA PASS: The road journey to Nubra valley leads through Khardung La pass (The highest Motorable road in the world) 18,390 ft. around 39 Kms. Away from Leh. There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardong is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages. HUNDAR VILLAGE: Hundar is a beautiful village to stay with lot of trees and you will really enjoy your stay at Hundar. It has a small monastery and ruined fort above the village. The walk or Camel Safari (Double Hump bacterian camels) from Hundar to Deskit, through sand dunes for two hours is wonderful (on own).

Day 9: Nubra - Leh (215 kms) ( Shanti Stupa ) 6 hrs drive

Post breakfast, begin your journey for the day, exploring the various villages of Nubra Valley. Retrace your steps past Diskit, to go to Khalsar Walk your way to the ancient Gompa. Dont forget to pack a lunch. Spend some time and then drive back over Khardung-La to reach Leh by evening. In evening, we'll head to visit, LehPalace and Shanti Stupa - bask in the peace amidst this hilltop Stupa and revel in the panoramic view of the city. The sunset is the perfect backdrop you wished for. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay. DESKIT VILLAGE: Deskit is the main village of headquarter of Nubra valley, which has a small market consisting of a row of shops and about 500 years old Gompa on the hilltop. Spectacular view of the valley can be seen form the monastery. DESKIT GOMPA: Deskit Gompa was founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo of Stod in about 1420 AD during the reign of King Dragspa. About 100 monks are residing in the Gompa, which is a branch of Thikse Monastery. The monastic festival called Gustor takes place on 20th and 21st days of the 12th month of Tibetan calendar. Tip: Don’t forget to enjoy hot Maggi at the highest Maggi point of the world in Khardung La.

Day 10: Leh - Pangong ( Changla Pass )

Have a scrumptious breakfast served. Check-out and drive the mound of earthen monastic dwellings, crowned by the Gompa. The valley is blessed with a beautiful stream flowing through it, originating from the lake, giving a greenish tincture to the otherwise dry landscape around. Apart from flora this area is rich in fauna too. You can see a lot of Himalayan Marmots around the area. However, the main attraction of this circuit is the grand Pangong Tso, which you would reach by early evening. The mesmerizing beauty and the fantastic view of Tso places it a league above anything you have seen so far. Stay overnight in safari tents by the lake shore

Day 11: Pangong Tso to Leh

Wake up lazy morning. Check-out the camps after breakfast and drive your way back to Leh. On the way back, make a stop over at Changla Pass. Reach Leh in the evening, check in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 12: Head to Kargil ( Excursion in sham valley )

After breakfast and some leisure, we'll start our journey to Lamayuru. The drive further is one of the most spectacular journeys you will have. From the mountains formed by amalgamation of various types and textures of rocks to the dazzling Zanskar Valley, accompanying you all along the journey the white snow clad peaks, this route gives you an absolute picturesque landscape. Enroute visit the famous Pathar Sahab Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, Confluence point, Leh Palace, etc. Now we'll continue our journey towards Lamayuru. Lamayuru is the Ladakh’s oldest monastery and is set in surreal surroundingals o known as the Moonland, because of its topography. Reach Lamayuru in the evening. The location is perfect for star gazing - a shout out to the shutterbugs, get your cameras ready for night photography. In the evening another drive way to Kargil, reach Kargil and check in the hotel for overnight stay. *Optional - White water River Rafting (at your own cost) - You can go fro River Rafting from Phey to Nimmo if you want to.

Day 13: Kargil to Srinagar (245 KM / 8 9 Hrs drive)

Day 14: Explore Srinagar
