Visiting the Boris Alexandrov Sports Palace in Ust-Kamenogorsk (also known as Oskemen), Kazakhstan, is ideal for sports enthusiasts and travelers alike. The optimal period to plan a trip is during the hockey season, which generally runs from September to April. The energy in the arena is most vivacious during these months, providing an authentic and exciting experience of local sports culture.
