From Manila, take a flight to Laoag International Airport. Major airlines such as Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific have regular flights to Laoag. Upon arrival at the Laoag Airport, hire a taxi or a van to Vigan, which is about a 90-minute drive.

By Land:

  1. Bus: Take a bus from Manila to Vigan. Companies like Partas, Florida, and Viron have regular trips to Vigan. The journey usually takes about 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Private Vehicle: If traveling by private vehicle, take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and connect to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) towards the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX). Follow the national highway leading to Ilocos Sur and to Vigan City.
