Canterbury has two main railway stations: Canterbury West and Canterbury East. Both stations are within walking distance to the Greyfriars Chapel, with Canterbury East being the closer of the two. It is about a 10-minute walk from either station. You can also take a taxi from the station if you prefer.

If you are arriving by air, the nearest major airport is London Gatwick. From there, you can take a train to Canterbury, or rent a car and drive. It is approximately a 1.5-hour drive to Canterbury from the airport.
