How to Reach Kogar Valley

By Air

The closest major airport to Jalal-Abad is the Osh International Airport (OSS). Travelers can book flights to this airport from various international destinations, with a likely change at Bishkek's Manas International Airport (FRU). Once you land in Osh, you can:

• Rent a car and drive approximately 100km to Kogart Valley.
• Take a taxi or a minibus (marshrutka) which regularly makes trips between Osh and Jalal-Abad.

By Road

If you are already in Kyrgyzstan, road travel to Kogart Valley is quite an adventure itself. From the capital city Bishkek:
