Food History of Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island), Kep, Cambodia

Koh Tonsay, also known as Rabbit Island, is a tranquil hideaway off the coast of Kep, a province in Cambodia known for its fresh seafood and traditional Khmer cuisine. Before tourism started to develop on the island, Koh Tonsay was predominantly a quiet fishing community, and this heritage has shaped the eats you find there today. The food is simple, rustic, and heavily reliant on the day's catch and local farming produce.
